Our stay at Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel and our visit to Ocean Kingdom were nothing short of magical, an experience that far exceeded our every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel’s breathtaking grandeur and welcoming atmosphere, where elegance seamlessly blended with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, treating us not merely as guests but as valued visitors whose comfort truly mattered. The room itself was a spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed sanctuary, featuring soft, ocean-inspired tones, plush beds, and thoughtful touches that made it the perfect retreat after long, adventure-filled days. Every aspect of the hotel radiated excellence, from the spotless facilities to the exceptional service that seemed to anticipate every need. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a feast for the senses with its impressive variety, featuring flaky pastries, fresh fruits, hearty Western dishes, and authentic Chinese cuisine. Yet as much as we saw and did, we couldn’t escape the feeling that two days weren’t enough. There were still so many rides to try, shows to watch, and corners to explore. As evening fell on our second day, the soft glow of lights reflecting off the water created a scene so enchanting that we wished time could slow down. Returning to our comfortable room that night, we knew one thing for sure: we would come back. This trip wasn’t just a getaway; it was a meaningful experience that deepened our appreciation for shared family moments and rekindled our sense of wonder. We had a very great stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel for my birthday celebration. The hotel is well connected to major attractions such as Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park. We took the hotel’s exclusive shuttle bus and yacht service to see the dolphins, beluga whales, whale sharks and orcas at the attraction sites in theme parks. The hotel staff were plentiful, helpful and attentive. The hotel’s lobby is ginormous and ultra luxurious, and we knew we had to take a lot of elegant photos together in the lobby first. We were amazed at how the hotel has its very own dolphins and flamingos to keep us entertained. The hotel rooms were cleaner than most of the other luxurious hotels I’ve ever visited!The super hotel has a great mix of souvenir shops, boutiques, cafes, dessert cafes, fitness centre, spa and various restaurants. I bought the breakfast and dinner buffet package and it did not disappoint! The dishes were all freshly made and top tier! They have a great mix of seafood, grills and a wide variety of sea animal themed desserts! It's great value for money, and parking is convenient. The front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff were all helpful and informative. They have specialised luggage storage keeping services, so you can explore other places with extra added convenience! I’d say this hotel is perfect for families, friends and couples, such as ourselves!

We stay here every time for VAC music festival because VAC is held in the car park so it’s super convenient. One area of improvement would be the staff and their attitude. They are not very efficient or smart. The front desk staff couldn’t find my booking at first. She also messed up our room key. Another staff couldn’t find my bag kept in the luggage storage and so I went inside and found it within 5 seconds.

Super Excellent Service by all staffs, especially Mo Mo and Cherry at the Club Room. The hotel facilities are amazing , our children were very happy to stay at this hotel.

Amazing breakfast 😋 and the dolphins 🐬🐬 are super cutes which you can play and take a picture within super close distance!

The room is spacious and comfy. We got to stay here for the first night of our 5Day-and-4Night trip in Chimelong before we moved to the Spaceship hotel. It was quiet when we were here, very few people in the pool. The hotel is very huge and full of restaurants and animals. Our kid enjoyed it here and our 70 year-old dad liked it here as well.
