The location and shuttles is the best part about this hotel. We loved the amusement park and nightly fireworks. So many activities and pools to explore. The staff was very helpful especially the manager Miss Lucy. She assisted our family every step of the way and really made the trip extra special. The fresh fruit in the rooms daily was a wonderful surprisE. My only complaint is the need for a deep cleaning in the rooms.

We had a really great stay at the hotel. Lucy welcomed us and helped with anything we need. We could take the trolley to the mysterious park at any time and it was super convenient. The buffet was decent and the service was always welcoming. It's all walking distance so it was really nice in the evening to go exploring after dinner. There are so many fun activities for the children to do and the equipment is very well looked after. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel needs a refurbishment, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are quite old and worn down. Definitely not prepared for international visitors. Most of the staff does not speak English.

房間很大很乾凈，房間裏面還帶有温泉池，隨時想泡都可以叫服務員來幫忙放水，到了晚上居然還有水果飲料送，超讚👍室外温泉泡池也很多，最絕的是無邊界泳池，拍照超出品😆到退房時還送了小禮品，很滿意的一次行程之旅，下次再來☺️

再次跟朋友一起來到温泉酒店，酒店房間很乾凈，個個環節服務都很好!特別是餐廳B1227服務員熱情大方，我出門吃早餐忘記帶鑰匙了，然後她就幫我聯繫人，等我吃完就有一個人在等我幫我開門了。非常感謝!為客人所想!超級贊!像平日工作很累，泡完身體暖洋洋的，疲憊就一掃而空了！房間有單獨泡池，室內外也有很多泡池，泡完舒舒服服的睡個好覺，做個好夢!美的很!再次感謝所有的工作人員!感謝你們的熱情!下次再來!

這次帶家人過來度假，專門看評論找了這家酒店，剛到酒店管家就接待了我們，春華大姐真的是服務很好，人也很好，我家小朋友很喜歡她。度假區的環境很美，很大，最主要是還有免費觀光車接送去其他景點，要不走路真會迷路還很耗時間。這的温泉也不錯，聽管家説是海底温泉，有很多礦元素對身體好，因為住客不是很多，管家給我們升級了帶温泉泡池房間，還送了水果，很是滿意，真是物有所值，下次還會再來。

這次是衝著温泉來住，體驗遠超預期，前台熱情，入住時工作人員主動幫忙提行李，客房服務及時，有需求隨叫隨到，房間寬敞整潔，床品舒適，軟硬適中，早餐豐富，特別是現磨咖啡很贊哦，總之這次度假超放鬆，下次有機會要帶父母來體驗，強烈推薦想要泡湯的朋友，可以選擇入住這家温泉酒店

温泉酒店五星好評模板 綜合體驗型 這次入住簡直是一場身心治癒之旅！酒店從踏入大堂開始就給人賓至如歸的感覺，工作人員熱情貼心，全程微笑服務，主動幫忙送行李到房間。温泉區更是驚喜，室內外泡池種類豐富，有紅酒、精油的養顏池，也有人蔘、當歸、菊花等中葯養生池，水温也有高温低温的。最絕的是山頂的無邊温泉池，超美！早餐中餐都是自助餐，菜品超豐盛。房間也有單獨的温泉池，24小時供應温泉水的，服務員都非常友好，主動幫我們清洗温泉池並放水。這次太開心了，臨走時找了房區負責人微信，下次再來讓她給我們安排。

房間面積比較大，但是由於是室內的温泉池，所以比較潮濕令部分設施有點舊，房間配一個温泉感覺很好，晚上可以隨意泡温泉感覺很好。服務人員很主動熱情，來玩的兩天人不多，很多公共池可以獨享，風景也很好。
