本是帶着對旅途舒適休憩的期待，然而現實卻給了我重重一擊，這趟住宿經歷堪稱一場噩夢，讓我不得不花費時間寫下這篇差評，給其他旅行者提個醒。
一、預訂與入住環節的混亂
從預訂開始，就狀況百出。我提前在攜程上預訂了房間，並收到了確認訊息，然而當我按照預訂時間抵達酒店時，前台卻告知我係統裏沒有我的訂單記錄。我出示了預訂成功的短訊和 APP 訂單詳情截圖，工作人員卻衹是一臉茫然，相互推諉，讓我在前台乾等了近半個小時，期間沒有任何主動的解決方案，也沒有一杯水或是一句安撫的話語，彷彿出錯的是我而不是他們混亂的管理系統。好不容易協調好，辦理入住手續時，又被告知原本預訂的房型沒有了，要給我“免費升級”到另一種房型。可到了房間一看，所謂的升級，不過是把我從視野較好的高層換到了採光差、緊鄰嘈雜電梯井的底層房間，這與我預期的住宿體驗相差甚遠，完全就是虛假宣傳的“升級”。
二、房間設施的諸多弊病
1. 衞生狀況堪憂
走進房間，一股陳舊且混雜着不明異味撲面而來。床鋪看似整理過，但仔細一看，床單上有着明顯的污漬，像是之前的客人留下未洗凈的痕跡，枕頭上還有幾根不屬於我的頭髮。地毯污漬斑斑，甚至在角落處發現了一團用過的紙巾，不知道已經積攢了多久。衞生間更是重災區，馬桶邊緣泛黃，有明顯的污垢殘留，浴缸排水口堵塞，洗澡時積水能沒過腳踝，水中還漂浮着一些不明毛髮，實在令人作嘔，根本不敢放心使用這些設施。
2. 硬件設施老化損壞
房間內的傢俱和電器彷彿穿越回了上個世紀，牀頭櫃的櫃門搖搖欲墜，輕輕一碰就發出嘎吱嘎吱的刺耳聲響，生怕它隨時散架。枱燈的燈罩破了一個大口子，燈光昏暗閃爍，形同虛設。電視不僅尺寸小，畫面還模糊不清，頻道選擇少之又少，想要看個新聞放鬆一下都成了奢望。空調製冷制熱效果極差，晚上睡覺調到最低温度，房間還是悶熱難耐，噪音卻大得像拖拉機轟鳴，嚴重影響睡眠質量。最離譜的是，房間的網絡信號極差，幾乎無法連接，發個消息都要轉半天圈圈，工作需要臨時處理點事務都被耽誤得死死的，這對於一家現代酒店來説簡直是不可原諒的硬傷。
三、服務態度的冷漠與敷衍
在入住期間，遇到問題向酒店工作人員求助，得到的迴應大多冷漠無情。有一次晚上房間突然跳閘停電，屋內一片漆黑，我慌亂之中撥打了前台電話，等了足足二十多分鐘才有工作人員慢悠悠地過來，手裡還拿着手機玩遊戲，絲毫沒有意識到客人正處於焦急等待的困境。他簡單查看了一下配電箱，隨口説了句“可能是短路了，等會兒就好”，然後就準備離開，全然不顧我還被困在黑暗中，在我的再三要求下，才勉強幫我找來一根蠟燭，就又匆匆走了，後續也沒有跟進維修情況，電直到半夜才莫名其妙地恢復，一整晚的好心情都被破壞殆盡。
綜上所述，這次的住宿體驗極差，酒店在管理、設施、服務、餐飲以及宣傳等各個方面都存在嚴重的問題，完全沒有達到一家合格酒店應有的水準，辜負了我對旅途住宿的期待，也浪費了我的時間和金錢。我強烈建議廣大旅行者在選擇酒店時擦亮眼睛，避開這家酒店，以免重蹈我的覆轍，給自己的美好旅程添堵。希望酒店管理層能夠正視這些問題，進行全面整改，給未來的客人一個滿意的住宿環境，而不是繼續這樣坑害消費者。壁壘珠海寶龍城漢庭酒店！！！！！！！

鄰近車站，也可免費泊車，交通便利，房間設計有風格，沒有衣櫃，只有個掛衣物的位置和數個衣架，早餐一般。

距離珠海北站下來走路不到5分鐘，很方便，價格也很實惠，性價比非常高，算是漢庭裏面見過的設施比較先進的。酒店距離孫中山故居旅遊區也不遠，坐個公交15分鐘就到了。
