錦楓嘉美酒店的家庭房確實令人［印象深刻］。 環境方面：飯店地理位置優越，靠近香灣和鳳凰北商圈，交通便利，樓下400內有平有貴的按摩按腳，全天都有野吃。 服務方面：工作人員友善但不專業，上一個客戶遲退房所以無房之類的問題，根本不應該由客戶面對（已過3點入住時間），最後雖然延誤一點也成功拎到房，但問題已經發生，不論心情上或浪費時間上也一樣已受影響。 設施：大廳有飲用水提供等，其他客戶由大廳到進入升降機的範圍都一直在吸煙但無人處理。 房間寬敞明亮，1廳2房2洗手間，初步看上去整潔，床品柔軟舒適，但整個地板，窗口，牆身都帶灰塵，窗戶的部分甚至乎還沒建造完成帶一罐可樂的空隙（落雨天應該會入雨），路軌上也很多裝修的邊角料留下沒清潔，3樓的房街外的聲音非常吵。
