BBeggieAbbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. Il vestito era grande, la vista era spettacolare. Il letto era molto comodo e il colazione era molto ricco. Ci sono state molte scelte di piatti di stile occidentale e cinese. La reception Jenet era molto gentile e utile. Ha organizzato alcune decorazioni e una piccola torta per la nostra festa di compleanno. La colazione Dylan era molto gentile e utile. L'intera squadra era molto professionale e gentile. Spero di tornare presto.

UUtente anonimoDopo un hiccup il primo giorno di arrivo, il desk front e il manager Lyon ha fatto un lavoro fenomenale per renderci felici, ci hanno fatto sentire molto benvenuti e ci hanno aggiornato in una sala di livello esecutivo di vista marittima. Siamo venuti qui per la piscina sorprendente, ma il BC di una riparazione d’emergenza era chiuso per due giorni. Finiremo di estenderci ad una notte. Aveva la possibilità di nuotare dopo. Anche se l’acqua non era riscaldata, era ancora una grande nuoto.
Lyon, il direttore e tutta la squadra del ristorante, della sala da giardino, della palestra, tutti sono molto attenti, il servizio è eccellente. Una cosa che dico che potrebbero migliorare è il cibo Buffett, il cibo non è abbastanza caldo. Tutto è lukewarm tranne le zuppe. In generale, c'era un buon soggiorno. Situazione conveniente, si può letteralmente andare a Macao da qui.

We had a nice stay with birthday cake and mini decoration, staff Winnie and Lena tried their very best to accomodate our requirements, the rooms were also upgraded so we can enjoyed macau ocean view, my family was so satisfied. Overall, staffs are really helpful，nice and sweet, i will come back to Sheraton next time for sure!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

JJessicaCelebrate il mio piccolo compleanno qui. E'stato sorprendente. Hanno la decorazione della stanza e il servizio di torta il vostro compleanno senza cambiare. Bella esperienza in hotel, bellissimi ristoranti, hanno quasi le cose di cui hai bisogno. L'autobus gratuito per i parchi tematici dal vostro hotel.
Il servizio dell'hotel è stato così buono, hanno anche piastra di cibo benvenuto con frutta fresca, cute cookie e chip. Benvenuto show ha principalmente quotidiano e non solo 1 in un giorno, quindi se si arriva all'hotel presto o controlla in tempo si deve ancora cambiare per vederlo. Il tema della camera è bella (ci rimaniamo all'Henqin Bay Hotel) ,i miei figli lo amano tanto, anche i vestiti vengono con il tema della camera così bene 😍. Il puliziatore riempi i bagni ogni giorno per rendere la camera nuova come il check in giorno 😍. L'evento non va al parco tematico, l'hotel ha molte attività da fare. Come il parco di baia, piscina, zona di gioco, braccialetti a mano, negozio di nali mamme e figlie...

Hotel location is super close right at he Henqing port exit and underground tunnel to pizza. Restaurant Townsquare cafe serves pizza and some great twist of Portuguese dishes are amazing. SSahdeeThis was our first trip to Chimelong Zhuhai, and we booked a three-day, two-night package through Trip.com. The package included hotel accommodation, breakfast buffet, dinner buffet for one night, unlimited access to Ocean Kingdom and the spaceship, as well as tickets to the international circus. We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed every show, each offering a unique experience.
Last year, we visited Thailand and had to explore multiple locations for similar entertainment, so we were pleasantly surprised to find everything in one place at Chimelong. The shows included killer whale performances, beluga whale displays, adorable animal shows, and mesmerizing mermaid dances, among many others. Watching the international circus for the first time was mind-boggling!
As an Indian family, we found the food options somewhat limited, but we made the best of it. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great variety, though they were not tailored to Indian tastes.
We also enjoyed the Kaka Theatre show on the last day of our stay, a mini kids’ circus that provided a unique experience, especially if you miss the international circus. As per the hotel room- The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, although they felt a bit dated, with some paint peeling and minor cleanliness issues. If these aspects were improved, I believe the hotel could easily provide a five-star experience.
A special mention goes to Jialin, the receptionist who spoke English and was incredibly helpful. In Zhuhai, it was challenging to find English speakers, and we often relied on Google Translate for communication. Jialin went above and beyond by decorating our room for my daughter’s birthday, giving her thoughtful gifts, and presenting a small cake. These little surprises added to our memorable stay. Also she gave a room where we could view the 8pm firework and drone show.
Thank you to all the staffs of Chimelong and everyone involved in the circus and shows. We appreciate your efforts and may visit again in the future!
