Non scrivo quasi mai una recensione, ma il servizio in questo negozio è davvero buono. Fa sentire le persone molto a proprio agio e felici, e l'igiene è molto buona. Ho immediatamente ordinato due cuscini la prossima volta che ne avrò l'occasione! Prima di partire mi ha regalato anche una cartolina disegnata dalla reception, che è stata felicissima!

The hotel is in an excellent location for a relaxing beach trip. It is a short taxi ride Zhuhai's main city area further south. Swimming is not allowed on this stretch of beach and the hotel pool had already closed for winter. However,lots of families were enjoying crabbing in the rock pools at low tide. The hotel decor is a little tired but it is clean. The shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast is basic a Chinese buffet with the addition of toast and jam. There are some good independent restaurants and cafes nearby, Ephraim cafe is very nice with friendly owners, original artwork and cute cats.

CCharlene21The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China.
We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

UUtente ospiteWe had an amazing stay in the family room at Chimelong Henqin Bay Hotel. The room was super clean, kids' friendly and with a great view over the bay and the hotel's flamingos. Breakfast was rich of great options. We could easily walk to the ocean parks but when we realised that the shuttle buses leave very often we just hopped on one every morning and got there within a few minutes. 管家小林 from the hotel provided us with WeChat service via which we could ask any question at any time. Highly recommended!

ZZhudouLa posizione è vicino al porto di Hengqin. C'è un grande centro commerciale vicino all'hotel. La ferrovia è al piano terra del negozio.
La stanza è molto avanzata con cortina di controllo automatico. Design moderno, camera confortevole. Robots forniscono cibo. I servizi di ricezione erano molto amichevoli e utili. In particolare, il manager John ha spiegato come Alipay opera in Cina, e mi ha anche portato al negozio di telefoni cellulari per aiutarmi a aprire una carta SIM. Questo è stato un grande aiuto per un straniero come me. Grazie ancora John.

RRick320Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early.
Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother.
The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside.
Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range.
Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

CCurious TravellerWe loved our spacious room with two single beds- which were actually 4 ft wide! Very comfortable indeed. The room was clean and decorated in the very iconic red black and white as with the rest of the hotel. It has all the amenities for a one night stay. Check in and breakfast are nnnon level 31- which has a fabulous view. Breakfast was very reasonably priced , with plentiful selections and the taste was Good. Although it is in the city center and not far from the Macau crossing, it is not accessible by public transportation, best to call cab or Uber. It is only 6 km from the Zhuhai crossing to HK.

LLEE LINGLocation is extremely convenient for travelling within Zhuhai, nearby Macau and Hong Kong. Gongbei port is just 10 minutes walk. A shopping mall is directly under this hotel. Hotel front desk and concierge are helpful. Conceirge even showed me the short cut leading to the Gongbei port. A lot of local guests within this hotel.
Quite a few restaurants in this hotel. I tried their hotpot restaurant, beef was fresh, food was tasty and service staff was very attentive. There are plenty of eating places around as well. Facility is old surrounded by very old buildings and streets. Easy to get taxi to move around to places of interests e.g. 日月贝，圆明新园，板樟山 etc.
Small swimming pool and gym. Not crowded at all.
Water supply from the room was not so good and inconsistent temperature. Thus a little troublesome when showering. I find the most uncomfortable part was the bed. I think the mattress was not in good condition. It was noisy whenever I sat or turned and changed my laying down position. I did not sleep well. Feedback to hotel front desk when I checked out. Hope they address the problem avoid impacting the next guest(s).

UUtente ospiteOur room, food, and service were all excellent! We loved every minute of our stay, especially the private bathtub and pool on our balcony. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both exceptional. The gym was great. We want to thank Xenia for taking care of us during our stay. She went above and beyond making sure we had a VIP experience.
