酒店環境不錯，也很安靜，特別是早餐很豐盛，但就是入住當天已經19點30左右還沒吃晚餐，趕緊訂了一份外賣，等到外賣20點17分左右送來時，前台不讓送餐上樓，為了安全也可以理解。後來前台人員説她們會把餐送到房間，我也在洗漱，可洗漱完後還沒把餐送上來，既然不能送餐，為什麼要告訴顧客她們會降餐送上來，這時我就打電話詢問，前台人員告訴我，現在就她一人在崗，讓我再等一會兒，我説那就把餐放到電梯（兩部電梯）裏面，我在六樓電梯口等着吧（總不能穿浴袍下樓吧），可是前台那位姐姐不同意，説是電梯裏遇到其他人的，我想問問，電梯刷卡才能上樓，六樓是頂樓，衹要放進去的時候沒人，我在頂樓按下樓按鈕，怎麼就能有其他人了？反正就是我現在送不了，也不放到電梯裏面，最後我問了句，那我什麼時候可以用餐，還是一句等會兒，氣人不？我真怒了，回了句，難道要我半夜用餐嗎？告訴我準確時間我幾點可以用晚餐。這回好了，也不是一個人在前台沒法送餐了，一會兒功夫敲門了，我以為這就完事了吧，不是，那位齊肩燙頭短髮的姐姐開口了，説，我不給你放到電梯裏面，是因為…我無語了，反問她，你在跟我講道理説教嗎？她否認，我説既然不是那就不要在別人要用餐時，讓人不舒服，説完趕緊把門關上，因為我不關門，她還要繼續説下去。希望酒店讓員工明白，什麼是服務，別讓一個人的行為毀了所有！順便附帶酒店電梯內照片。
