UUtente ospiteIl giardino di ospiti vive pieno di spaventati, il capo è giovane e nutrito, e il servizio è molto buono.I bambini sono in difficoltà per il capo, il capo è entusiasta di aiutarci a trovarlo e aiutarci a rimpatriare. Ci manda al porto gratis e ci aiuti a trovare il conducente della stazione di Ningbo, perché non riesce a cambiare il posto. La gita di Zhuhan è sempre stata qui per giorni.Grazie al capo, grazie a zia! Ci vediamo la prossima volta 👋

HHuahuaIl porto di trasporto della gente organizzato dal popolo, il capo è molto responsabile della spedizione personale, l'hotel è bellissimo, proprio vicino al ponte, decorazione semplice e bianco, la vista della stanza è anche molto buona. È possibile guardare il mare nel letto, le finestre di lavanderia del bagno possono anche vedere il mare, molto bella, l'aria condizionata della stanza è abbastanza, la secchezza è secca, Questo è un'incidente!E'che la salsa della stanza non è molto pulita, il rapporto sul mare. Se la salsa puo' essere più pulita, il prezzo delle vacanze esterne è davvero raddoppiato. Se la stagione estiva si sentirà buono, il prezzo della casa estiva è davvero alto!

UUtente ospiteWe love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

WWarren TanadaIl servizio del tipo che ci ha portati dall'aeroporto è eccellente. 10/10!!! Il nostro bagaglio è stato danneggiato durante il volo, ha chiamato qualcuno per aiutarci a ripararlo. Eravamo in tempo per il traghetto a Mt Putuo a causa delle condizioni meteorologiche, quel giorno i traghetti saranno cancellati, (dovremmo parlare in macchina quando ci ha preso dall'aeroporto), Ha detto che possiamo lasciare i bagagli al di fuori del desk e poi ci mandiamo al porto, bene che abbiamo fatto. È un ottimo servizio clienti!!! Non voleva nemmeno ottenere un consiglio, alla fine gli abbiamo dato dei pacchetti di mango secco dalle Filippine. Il tipo di front desk, anche se è una storia diversa, era molto lento, non sapeva come gestire il check-in dei titolari di passaporti stranieri, penso. Ha i nostri passaporti e doveva chiederci i nostri compleanni!! E' stato anche difficile per lui capire le date di visto (data di scadenza e data di emissione), e ha continuato a chiedere quando siamo arrivati, è solo lì contrassegnato la pagina del visto, siamo appena arrivati quel giorno, questo è il nostro primo hotel. In ogni caso, il pick-up gratuito dall'aeroporto è meglio e il trasporto gratuito al porto e poi infine anche alla stazione di autobus.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel è stato il migliore tra gli hotel. E' la mia seconda volta e il cibo e il servizio sono rimasti lo stesso. Molto rilassante e molto vicino ai templi. Mi piace stare qui anche le strutture interne come la selezione del caffè, le tende nere automatiche, i pantaloncini e la funzionalità delle cose intorno.

YykchowServizi di contenimento molto amichevoli e utili.Sono stati molto pazienti per rispondere a tutte le vostre domande e è stato libero di tenere il vostro enorme bagaglio nel contenitore di contenimento prima di entrare a PuTuaShan. E il pranzo vegetariano è stato disponibile nel ristorante dell'hotel del resort a CNY39 per persona.
Vorrei molto consigliare di passare una notte qui e di passare almeno mezzo giorno a visitare la giurisprudenza di Kuan Yin Fa Jie Puzhou.
La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole.Il mobilio era nuovo e sembrava fresco.
Meno di 10 metri a piedi a Wuongshi Wharf.

This is what I liked:
- buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min)
- they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure
- hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant
- everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening
- good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot
- there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early
- hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services!
- hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai
- small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;)
- other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China?

UUtente ospiteService was good, from the helpful shuttle bus drivers to the prompt service of the technician-we had difficulty turning on the TV initially. However, we were confused about the shuttle bus stops stated by the hotel as there are designated hotel shuttle bus stops which are different from the different temples stops where only the public buses can go.
The breakfast spread was not big but adequate. The hotel room was comfortable although not big. I like the Zen design. The windows were open when we entered the hotel room, hence there were two flies in the room. We turned on the electric mosquito repellent. Luckily, they did not disturb us. The attendants should not open the windows when doing room cleaning lest insects go into the room. The island has many trees so there are insects-mosquitoes, flies etc around.
The room walls are thin though. I could hear the neighbouring rooms talking along the corridor and the room attendant coming by to their rescue saying he is the room attendant.
The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the sea, good for an evening walk.
Overall, the quality is good and the hotel room was comfortable. Definitely a hotel I could return to.
