Great hotel and it’s just 10 min walk from the jetty.
Been here for the second time… service and amenities still the same compared before covid time… just that the vegetarian restaurant that the hotel used to own is no longer there… and turn into a local fast food chain that sell burgers and fried chicken.

A lovely hotel very close to the wharf, although a bit of a walk to restaurant street. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although we do not speak Chinese. The room was well decorated. The bed was so comfortable!

來普陀山好多次了，梵心行舍是我這兩年的首選。
酒店位置很高，會到短姑碼頭對面，離客運碼頭和碼頭車站非常近，交通便利。
酒店是息耒集團的，島上的大企業，所以無論軟件和硬件都非常棒！是我住過島上的酒店裡面數一數二的存在。
酒店房間乾淨整潔、設施齊備，還很寬敞。入住期間還要特別感謝前台小賀和服務蔣師傅的熱情接待和幫助，真的讓我得到了賓至如歸的感受。

位置非常好，就在碼頭附近步行五分鐘即可到達，可步行至南海觀音也可以步行至普濟寺 。房間很乾凈，周邊叫**外賣也很方便，可以送到門。酒店可寄存行李，可推薦導遊自行聯繫~整體非常便捷

滿分是給蔣傳奪師傅的，從入住開始蔣師傅就熱情的幫忙拿行李到房間，第二天早上早早的帶去短菇碼頭，服務熱情！
當然酒店的位置也非常好，前台工作人員也友善，退房也禮貌的打招呼！
很推薦的一家酒店！

強推！出碼頭往右邊走路五分鐘左右 好幾家吃的 德克士旁邊就是 進出島和去公交站都很方便 環境巨好 除了不隔音這點 晚上睡覺隔壁説悄悄話我都很有參與感 還挨着馬路 但環境和店裡的每一個員工服務沒得説 主動幫提行李 前台非常仔細的給我講攻略幫我換零錢還告訴我避坑 不隔音我也很喜歡 下次來我還要住這

住過好幾個不同酒店/民宿，最後還挺喜歡在這裏住，到島上就過去大堂卸下行李，很方便，環境也不錯，服務非常友善。今年可以帶珞珈山碼頭VIP通道好評，總體是性價比超高的。個人更喜歡二樓中間的房型，畢竟整體木質結構，一樓和靠外面出入口可能被吵到，睡眠特別輕的還是選大酒店。附近餐廳一般，早餐邊上隨便吃點，午晚餐建議在島上其他好吃的地方吃好回。

民宿的地理位置優越，坐落在普陀山南天門商業街，東南面海，西南臨客運碼頭，西北靠山，無論是前往南海觀音還是普濟寺，都衹需輕鬆的步行即可到達。房間佈置得温馨而雅緻，每一處細節都透露着賀老闆的用心和對品質的追求。原木的傢俱、柔軟的床鋪、乾淨的衞生間，都讓人感到賓至如歸。
賀老闆的服務更是讓人印象深刻。他面帶微笑，耐心地為我們解答疑問，提供旅遊建議，盡全力並高質量滿足我們的需求，能讓每一位客人都感到温暖和尊重。他的熱情好客和對細節的關注，讓梵心民宿不僅僅是一個住宿的地方，更是一個充滿人情味的家。
在這裏，我還體驗到了民宿的手抄佛經，這些傳統文化的精髓讓人在忙碌的生活中找到了片刻的寧靜。周圍吃飯的地方很多，離百步沙也很近，帶家人一起住宿出行非常方便。
總之，梵心民宿賀老闆的周到服務和民宿的舒適環境，讓我的普陀山之行充滿了温馨和感動。下次若有機會再訪普陀山，梵心民宿將是我不二的選擇。
