終於訂到很滿意的房間了，外出住不好真的很糟心。假日出行不想當冤大頭，也不想住環境嘈雜人員密集的鬧市區，不愧是經過我層層篩選出來的酒店。
設施：設備設施都很新，還配有洗衣房，可烘乾。花灑出水量大，洗澡很舒服，配有智能馬桶、天貓精靈、幕布等，很好用。就是牙刷比較硬，刷兩下牙就出血了，建議更換一下。
衞生：收拾的很乾凈，找不到瑕疵地方。娃哈哈的礦泉水，很用心了。
環境：就不必説了，在房間躺着床上可拍到大海照片。位置在居民區附近，安靜，路口就有早餐店，超級方便，樓下有地下停車場，電梯直達酒店方便自駕出行。
服務：老闆孔先生很熱心，幫個小忙讓我訂到了心儀的房間。前台帶眼鏡黑髮小妹隨和周到，到達時候已經是凌晨，依然積極幫忙辦理入住、耐心介紹酒店功能及周邊配套，人美心善。
下次有機會再來舟山依然會選擇在這裏入住，也會介紹朋友過來，很開心的一段旅程，越來越好，願望達成！

非常好，商務出差意外的好，一定要訂海景大床房，特惠沒意義，一定要升級，風景很好，下次來的話還會入住的

💁♀️重點誇誇客服前台！辦理入住時，工作人員態度熱情，效率超高，還特別貼心地幫忙升級房型，主動分享周邊小眾觀景點，入住期間我有任何問題，他們都能快速響應、完美解決，讓我全程毫無後顧之憂。

智能配備很加分，衞生一流。位置都可以説是方便。衹是沒有其他設施。一個人出遊或者商務出行都可以推薦。前台小姐姐服務很好，掉了房卡也沒有要我加收費。

⚠️⚠️⚠️硬件缺陷：
①.房間面積與外網展示不符，房間實際肉眼可見比外網小10平，外網展示35-45，實際感覺沒有這麼大
②房間投影網絡不順暢經常處於加載中，跳掉N次，觀看體驗不佳
③雖然模仿全季，但又沒有模仿到全季的精髓，房間用品缺少品味，智控反應也是慢半拍
④隔音極差‼️公寓樓層設計，隔壁房間放一個杯子清脆聲也聽的很清楚，不適合睡眠淺的人
⚠️⚠️⚠️軟件缺陷：
①停車🅿問題‼️‼️，外網展示免費停車，前台告知加好微信，自己優先付款，屆時提供付款憑證她會轉賬，但沒説清楚衹能免費一次⚠️，外網也沒有寫清楚衹贈送一張免費停車券⚠️，我們入住中間是不用出去了是吧？如果這樣直接把免費停車的標識去掉好了，上着幹什麼，變相的推翻了攜程外網展示的服務設施！！
②.按常規酒店每日應提供住客免費4瓶礦泉水，跟前台要兩瓶礦泉水前台説要收費2元一瓶❗️⚠️，更何況現在很多酒店已經實施礦泉水暢飲了，幾經輾轉雖説礦泉水拿來了，但非常影響住店心情
③打電話拿個刮鬍刀還是男朋友自己去前台拿的，並沒有提供外網展示的“管家服務”⚠️，“管家服務”的含義是什麼？貴酒店可以去了解一下，如果做不到可以不必上
④酒店管理缺陷明顯，前台作為酒店門面，形象要求高於後勤，身上不得有明顯可見紋身，退房當班前台脖子到手臂大面積明顯紋身，不符合前台形象要求，影響顧客視覺體驗，還有那個卡套，房卡套明顯是循環使用的，照片忘記拍了，我覺得至少是不衞生的，經過疫情，意識是要有的吧
