La stanza è bella e confortevole, ma c'è un adesivo con doppia palpebra sulla porta del bagno nella nostra stanza. La signora che l'ha pulita potrebbe non averlo notato. LLeanne CIl servizio clienti dell’hotel è stato davvero eccezionale, caratterizzato da notevoli attenzioni e da una vera disponibilità ad assistere. Tutti i richiami sono stati soddisfatti con azione rapida e attenta attenzione ai dettagli. Ad esempio, quando non ho avuto un numero di telefono locale, il personale ha trovato gentilmente modi alternativi per garantire che io possa ordinare pasti ecc, dimostrando il loro impegno per il comfort e la comodità degli ospiti.
La stagione delle vacanze dell'hotel non era altro che magica. Le decorazioni festive sono state ben curate, dalle luci brillanti alle intricate mostre di vacanza, creando un bel e lussuoso campo di miracolo invernale. Ogni angolo esultava dallo spirito di Natale, rendendo l'atmosfera calda e invitante. In combinazione con il piacevole personale che ha incarnato la gioia di vacanza, l'esperienza si sentiva come andare in scena da un libro di storia di vacanza.
Anche quando mi sentivo un po' sotto il tempo, la squadra andò di sopra e di là per curarmi. Un membro eccellente Huang Yi ha fatto il mio soggiorno speciale come ha fatto un riferimento speciale a Karen che mi aiuta a fornire informazioni su dove andare a fare attività e esplorare. Mi hanno assicurato immediatamente di avere tutto quello che avevo bisogno, dalle strutture pensate ai follow-up attenti, creando un ambiente caldo e sostenibile per me per recuperare così rapidamente.
Il buffet è un must. Questo è il migliore Atour Ive che sono rimasto in! Ho passato a 5 altri in diverse città! Ben gestito e standard sono mantenuti alti.

UUtente ospite. This is the most technical advanced hotel I’ve been so far. All switches are on screen digital( but some how a bit troublesome to find the right mode). It’s also so attentive with free get-to-go coffee in the morning & free cute bottle of warm milk at night at the front desk. The room is big & airy & welcoming to have automatic curtains opened & closed when getting in & out the room & switch to turn open & close. The design slippers is unique & perfect for me with a discrete hole at the corner of the toes area so my toes can breath so still keeping warm & dry without too sweaty. There’s soothing music in the room once the shower being turned on( may be another control to turn music on for us to choose when we use the toilet) The design & style on the deco are very artistic especially the toilet seat & cups. The gentle blend of the Tv screen & the wall art also impressive.
Just some tiny fault eg toilet roll holder is far too back for reaching, no bar towel holder for spread out for drying hand & bath towels in between using them. Hook is harder to dry when the towel gathered together.

UUtente ospiteSecond time staying at this hotel within the week. I must say I am disappointed as the room this time was not on par with the one before.
There was a cover for a razor of a previous guest still in the shower when we moved into the room, the showers drainage system was slow so when we were showering, we would be standing in a big puddle half the time, the toilet space’s exhaust is non-existent so there was a funky smell most of the time. These were not issues I encountered during my first stay here, so perhaps these issues are confined to this room alone.
Overall, I think this hotel is still great, just needs to be uniform and ensure each room is up to the same standards.

DDearSunsetRecentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Mingzuo durante un viaggio d'affari, ed è stata una splendida esperienza. L'hotel è convenientemente situato, rendendomi facile passare alle mie riunioni. Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, sono stato accolto con calda ospitalità dal personale, che ha reso il processo di check-in insensibile.
La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata con tutte le attrezzature che mi servivano per un soggiorno confortevole. Il letto era incredibilmente confortevole, assicurandomi di avere un buon riposo notturno dopo lunghi giorni lavorativi. Apprezzo anche la connessione Wi-Fi veloce e affidabile, che mi ha consentito di rimanere collegato e lavorare efficacemente dalla mia stanza.
Le strutture dell’hotel, tra cui il centro fitness e il salone di business, erano di prima qualità. Il personale è stato attento e ha fornito un servizio eccellente.

OOtautahianNOTA PER IL NON-CHINO: Sono riuscito a rimanere qui alla fine, ma il processo è stato complicato. Quando si accede, gli ospiti devono scansionare un codice QR e compilare un modulo che completa il processo di registrazione con la stazione di polizia locale. Come nel dicembre 2023, non c'era campo per un ID non cinese. Il controllo del personale mi ha detto che non sarebbe stato un problema, ma un'ora dopo ho ricevuto una chiamata dalla polizia che mi ha detto che la registrazione non era completa. Infine, il controllo del personale e della polizia doveva parlare due volte al telefono e la polizia ha finalmente completato il processo alla fine. Non sono ancora sicuro che questo sia stato semplicemente un problema con la mia registrazione, o se tutti gli ospiti non cinesi si troverebbero nella stessa situazione.
L'hotel stesso è di base ma buono: tranquillo, vicino a un bel lato del fiume, a circa dieci minuti a piedi dalla strada principale.
