The experience was good of the hotel room, the price is reasonable and the room is clean and spacious. The location of hotel is also at the good place near the xijin ferry and city down town.

Hotel was okay, but we didn’t have the window, and lights were not to bright. We were staying just 1 night, but if you wanna stay for long term, check the room with windows :) it was not too far from the railway station, and closed to the place have a lot of places that you can visit

Members of staff at the hotel, including receptionists, are very nice and friendly, welcoming my arrival, greetings 'Hello' every time with big smile on their face. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. HOWEVER, there is only one small problem. When you book a room, please check very carefully if the room you are booking has a window or not. On the Trip.com site, it says; 'Has a window' 'Partially has a window' 'A fixed window' or something like this. Not only see some photos of the rooms on the website, but also carefully check if the room you are booking surely has a window or not. When I checked-in, I was told that my room had NO window. It was O.K. if you were in your room only to sleep, because the room is large enough, clean enough and comfortable enough. Nothing is wrong with the room itself at all. However, I found on the following morning that I could not see how the weather was like until I actually went outside, because I could not see outside from the window.

Good hotel in good location. And it is quiet facing community zone.

The air conditioning unit was old and a bit difficult to operate.

Good service overall. Nice and friendly receptionists at checkin.

出差又來鎮江了，繼續住這裏，感覺就是好舒服不一樣。這次我是帶同事一起來入住的。晚上帶他去西津渡看看夜景兜兜。太好了。

房間乾淨，無異味，浴室衞生設施非常乾淨，放香皂的小瓷碟很可愛。 外賣可以直接送上門。 服務人員服務非常好，入住當天中午不會打開電視直接派人來幫忙打開，第二天退房以後行李寄存在酒店，去爬北固山結果扭傷腳，北固山的醫療室沒有冰袋，衹好打車回來，酒店的三位服務人員非常盡心負責地幫我找到冰袋並細心捆綁固定，非常感謝她（他）們🙏

房間的特色大約衹在於位置和性價比，設施陳舊。當晚被低沉的機器聲吵的一夜未睡，四處查看不知聲音來自何處。第二天本想調個房，前台説是空調外機聲，但我並沒開空調，告知是其他房間的空調外機聲。鑒於前台愛搭不理的態度和陳舊的窗户不隔音，且另外一側臨街的衹會更吵就直接換酒店了。

房間設施老套，地面還有未清理乾淨的上一個客人的毛髮。最重要的是房間沒有窗户，衹有一個被稱為封閉窗的擺設，不能看到外面，不能通風，那還要做個窗户的造型為何？江浙一帶，本就潮濕，推開屋門一股潮氣瀰漫。提前預訂的付了162,入住當天變成140了，還不給退差價。我是五點前到達的酒店，本就可以免費取消的。本着不給別人找麻煩原則，選擇入住。提前預訂繳費本就該享受優質的服務，結果適得其反，心裏不舒服。還望以後改進吧。

這次入住錦江之星給我的感覺房間還是一如既往的小，設施一般。一進門坐床上感覺床單被罩是潮的，打電話給前台發現電話打不通，客房部經理過來説，我們這兒的床單被罩都是這樣的，不像你們那裡的氣候是乾燥的，我們這兒的氣候就是這樣。因為氣候潮濕電話線都是壞的，如果要修電話線得把牆扒了。也有好的地方就是熱水挺大挺好的，地理位置去各個景點很方便。總之，以後定酒店再不會考慮住錦江之星了。

設施很老舊，屋裡進去一股悶味兒，空調又老又舊，很多功能都不能用！窗户小屋裡光線不好，衞生不行，床單小破洞很多，桌面灰塵，牆皮滲水，雖説節假日，五百的房間性價比太差了！！
