Da quando siamo arrivati, la nostra esperienza a Huanghe yingbinguan non era altro che straordinaria; il personale ci ha salutati con un sorriso caldo e un servizio impeccabile, impostando il tono per ciò che si è rivelato un soggiorno veramente inoltrabile.
La stanza era ben progettata, senza spot e con ogni conforto, e con un'occhiata più grande, una vista stupenda e un'ampia vista, faceva sentire come una casa vera lontana da casa. La custodia di casa ha mantenuto tutto al massimo standard ogni giorno.
Il servizio di ricezione personalizzato, che ci ha portato a sentirci davvero apprezzati, è un'attenzione particolare. La squadra di concierge era incredibilmente consapevole e andò oltre e oltre per aiutarci a pianificare le nostre escursioni e prenotazioni di ristorante.

UUtente ospiteOttimo soggiorno. Hotel molto confortevole e pulito, personale cordiale, camera luminosa. La colazione è ottima, c'è molta scelta. L'arredamento è superbo, ci sono teche con armi, uova di dinosauro fossilizzate, pietre, vasi, ecc... Magnifico! Tuttavia, nei dintorni dell'hotel ci sono solo accademie di kung fu e nessun vero ristorante. C'è un piccolo supermercato al primo piano. Non è molto comodo nemmeno per i trasporti. Il taxi per la stazione degli autobus costa 15-20Y e per il monastero Shaolin ci hanno chiesto 40Y per la stessa distanza, ma non avevamo molta scelta di trasporto. First and foremost, I would like to extend my gratitude to the Front Office Department for their warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff members were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable from the moment I arrived.
Additionally, I would like to commend the Service Department for their outstanding dedication to guest satisfaction. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns, the service team consistently exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism.
Furthermore, I would like to recognize the Back Office Department for their behind-the-scenes efforts in maintaining the hotel's operations seamlessly. From housekeeping to administrative tasks, their commitment to excellence contributed significantly to the overall positive experience during my 3 day stay.

UUtente ospiteStayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience.

SSarahxiaoyeLa posizione è buona, nel centro della città, vicino a Piazza Erqi, a cinque minuti a piedi. C'è uno snack street al piano di sotto, ma sfortunatamente non c'è niente di delizioso. Dispone di un proprio parcheggio, comodo per chi guida da solo. Il difetto dell'hotel è che il bagno non è intelligente. Gli hotel a cinque stelle sono così obsoleti!

MM294290****L'azienda mi ha mandato a Zhuzhou per un viaggio e mi ha confrontato con alcune case vicino. Infine, ha scelto l'hotel Wanxia.L'hotel è situato nel Parco Centrale del lago di Zhuzhou e l'ambiente è buono.La sala di ricezione è alta, il servizio di bellezza della reception mi ha anche detto quale elettrofob e la posizione della stanza. L'ascensore è stato visto molto pulito per l'intero piano.La carta di soggiorno personalizzata dell'hotel ha il numero della stanza. La stanza di soggiorno è di due piani. Il primo piano ha una camera da bagno soleggiata indipendente, un vestiario e una camera da letto indipendente 1.8 grande TV. C'è anche un bagno indipendente e un bagno sul secondo piano con le scale in legno.E'piu' grande di quanto abbia fatto la mia prima giornata.Ho trovato che le cose usate dall'hotel sono personalizzate con le parole dell'hotel. Questo negozio è davvero professionale, spero che il capo abbia un business migliore di un giorno!

Altamente raccomandato se avete intenzione di viaggiare a Zhengzhou e cercate un posto dove stare. Le tariffe delle camere sono convenienti ma i servizi in camera sono eccellenti 👌 personale cordiale e premuroso dalla reception, hskp, ristorante e autista 👌
Cosa non mi aspettavo?
1. Check-in anticipato senza costi aggiuntivi (di solito Kasi a Pinas può comportare costi per il check-in anticipato e il check-out posticipato. Sono arrivato 2 ore prima alla reception tanong ko kaagad sa se posso effettuare il check-in anticipato ang sagot Keyi👌 senza costi aggiuntivi commissioni
2. Prelievo e rientro in aeroporto gratuiti
3. Camera pulita, confortevole e spaziosa. Ofc, molto tahimik (non ho sentito l'inverno caldo dentro il napaka)
4. Tutti gli interruttori automatici, 🚽 ecc. (previsto in Cina)
5. L'ho pagato solo per soli 163 RMB (circa 1.300 php ottimi affari, vero? Kala ko è solo una stanza molto normale ma era oltre le mie aspettative
6. Colazione a soli 16rmb unli buffet (circa 125php sulit na sulit)
7. C'è una palestra all'interno, supermercati nelle vicinanze, vicino all'aeroporto e altro ancora....
Lascio una lettera di ringraziamento nella mia stanza al momento del check-out per il mio amico. Non so se il personale dell'hotel contatterà la persona, volevo solo farle una sorpresa visto che oggi torno nel mio paese.
Ritornerò sicuramente a Zhengzhou e tornerò allo Shi Hang Hotel?
