酒店周圍的環境是無可挑剔的。但服務配不上野奢的奢字。廁所異味很大，早餐送餐晚了半個多小時。定的火鍋一公斤牛肉肯定是沒有的，而且牛肉極老。早飯裏的牛肉也是。房間門口還有一堆垃圾扔在地上，棧道旁邊也有礦泉水瓶。有些遊客素質也是極低，從陽台看到酒店後的山坡上一袋子打包盒被扔在外面。

這個酒店優缺點都非常突出
【優點】
就在玉湖景區內的山上，可以開車上山，酒店內就可以俯瞰玉湖。
有明星來這裏錄製節目住過，有機會可以住到明星同個房間；
早餐會送上門，牛奶會貼心的給熱好。
【缺點避雷】
缺點非常非常影響體驗感！！
不知道是暖氣壞了還是怎麼，整個房間非常非常冷，衹有廁所是最暖和的（因為加了一個獨立的取暖器），反映給酒店，都退房了也沒人來處理；
淋浴房的下水應該是堵了也沒人處理，下水非常非常慢，就衹是洗個澡 水就能從淋浴間溢出來；
房間內的香薰都用完很久發黴了，還放着不更換。

房間裝修簡約時尚，傢俱品質一流，空間大氣，坐在沙發裏透過落地玻璃窗，可以瞭望玉湖雪山。零下十幾度，室外白雪皚皚，室內温暖如春。早餐由服務員貼心的送到房間。

設施：房間配備ToTo智能馬桶和戴森吹風機，洗護也是祖馬龍的高端線品牌，在昭蘇可以説是頂配了
環境：觀景房直接能看到玉湖和雪山，景色一絕，晚上也能看到很多星星
服務：酒店會提前拉羣，提示入住，很貼心

住這裏主要就是為了周圍的環境以及玉湖的景色。
前台服務不錯，如果可以給我升級房型就更好了😂
房間裏面還有一點新裝修留下來的氣味 但是開了空氣凈化器之後好點了。
早餐沒什麼選擇。
退房的時候下雨了，聯繫了前台幫忙送傘過來，挺好的。不過如果房間裏面直接配兩把傘會更好。
由於玉湖景區內就此一家，下次來玩的話應該也還是會住這裏的。位置得天獨厚。

太美了，不想走了新疆Day 4: 感恩這次旅行！
