Nice location and very easy aaccess to the beach. The city is boring though with no night life.

We have stayed at Sheraton for one night as a family with young children. The breakfast has lots of choice and very very yummy! Both Western and Chinese dishes. We had dinner at the same restaurant, all was very good! The service was really good, comparing to Sheraton Haitang Bay in Sanya (where we didn't have good experience at all). Hotel staff takes exceptional care of hotel guests. The only thing to improve is the kids playroom which is very much small and needs some maintenance. We will definitely come back.

服務：原來定的放假位置扁，升級了房型。服務不錯。都屬於五星標準，早餐每天會換，地方特色不多，但是中規中矩。 最好的是地理位置，樓下就是海灘可以跑步玩沙子，推薦。 桑拿 蒸汽 漩渦池三件套:沒體驗，不知道

連續第二年過年入駐民大喜來登酒店了，酒店就在金沙灣景區邊上，無論吃飯，購物還是看風景都是特別特別方便的，著名的紅嘴鷗遊船碼頭也是步行就到了！可以説是我在全國景點住過的為數不多的便利，高端，舒適的酒店！

入住湛江民大喜來登酒店，門僮主動幫我們拿行李並送到前台，一位男士熱情接待了我們，很快給我們安排了房間，並升級了海景房，房間寬敞整潔，設施完善，要了兩瓶水很快機器人就送到了，因為要趕路沒有吃早晨，酒店周邊環境很好，對面是金沙灣，景區不錯。行程有點緊，一次再來。

畢竟是喜來登品牌的酒店，內裝和服務都挺好，就不多贅述了，我想誇一下湛江民大喜來登酒店的服務，因入住當天氣温驟降，孩子感冒有些低燒，客房服務大姐送來了好幾瓶礦泉水，還有體温表，離店本應該12:00退房，前台工作人員瞭解到孩子生病的情況後，為了讓孩子可以在房間好好休息，多睡會兒，通過協商為我們免費延長了退房時間，非常貼心，讓我覺得身在異地，也很温暖……湛江這個酒店雖然比不北上廣深那些大城市的酒店規模和規格，但服務卻是實在的，暖心的，感謝！給前台的小姐姐們和客房服務的大姐點贊！

非常滿意的一次住宿，酒店環境很好，乾淨衞生，過馬路就是金沙灣景區，北側是商業廣場，南側是紅嘴歐遊船。6樓是健身中心，還有做頭髮跟寶寶玩的地方。健身房設備比較全。泳池有室內和室外的無邊泳池，高峯時間人會多些。 這裏的工作人員非常熱心，前台入住時會主動詢問是否開車，並提示客人掃二維碼加酒店管家，這次住4天免費給孩子加了份早餐，還會免費提供挖沙玩具。 尤其是管家Laura，服務很專業，入住第一天孩子腿摔了一下有點腫，直接把雲南白葯就給我安排好了。我這人平時喝水比較多，説過一次後，天天給我多預備好幾瓶。體驗感直接拉滿。 有機會來湛江，就住喜來登

親子套房夠大，視野非常好，上下鋪孩子們很喜歡。早餐豐富，游泳池乾淨，小童池水温合適。就貼貼心管家，微信上有求必應，服務滿分。出門就是海灘，孩子們挖了很多小螃蟹，然後放生了，樂此不疲。很好的體驗，推薦
