凌晨到的酒店，前台接待小敏很熱情也很周到，暖暖的問候和服務趕走了旅途的疲憊，退房時的接待小平也很熱情，再説説房間，乾淨整潔床品也很舒服，窗外的海景讓人心情愉悦，整晚休息得很好！第一次住桔子感受非常好，以後會繼續選擇的！

整體不錯，有機會去湛江應該會再住的。
地理：打車挺方便的，也很好找。
服務：前臺姐姐親切友善，我到的時候，別人還沒退房，前臺姐姐幫我升級成家庭房，讓我能快快安頓好，再出去玩。
衛生：其實打掃得挺乾淨的，就是剛進去會有點兒味，建議打掃完房間再用空氣清新劑噴一噴。
設施：有洗衣房、健身房、餐廳。

新開的酒店設施嶄新，暖色調的裝修讓人心情愉悦。停車免費，有專用停車位和電梯。雖然和萬達共用一棟樓，但有明確指示酒店標識不會走錯。大堂在6樓，明亮乾淨，辦理入住效率高。還有行李寄存處。床品舒適，睡了個好覺。前台小平服務熱情，贊一個。第一次嘗試桔子酒店，很滿意。就是高級海景其實有很大的遮擋物，要從很斜的角度才能看到一片海。

這次入住桔子酒店，體驗超棒，全因幾位工作人員的暖心服務。
前台小潔女士熱情專業，辦理入住時見我疲憊，迅速幫我搞定手續，還遞來一杯温水，讓我瞬間舒緩。小玲女士像變魔術般拿出酒店特製的桔子軟糖，那甜滋滋的味道，瞬間點亮心情。
她們的服務雖看似平常，卻處處透着用心，真心感謝，下次還來！

體驗非常好，前台小姐姐每個人都笑盈盈的態度非常好加上嶄新的桔色小清新裝修讓人心情愉悦。整體衞生狀況佳，室內沒有異味，趕上室外下雨很冷，沒開空調但房間温度適宜。有乳膠枕對頸椎不好的人太好了。燈光控制檔有點少，床頭有閲讀燈就更好了不影響他人。周圍高樓林立，很多餐飲店，這個地段鬧中取靜性價比很不錯！小何、小平姑娘特別熱情。

房間不大，但是做得很用心，細節做得很好，很用心的設計，衞生很好，前台的小夢，小潔，小平三位小姐姐很甜，服務很好，一直沒有給房間拍照的習慣，這次破天方的拍了！以後要多選桔子酒店住！
