"Five-star recommendation! Must call for the warm heart service of [Hanting Hotel (Changzhi Changzi Stadium Store)]! Yesterday, Changzhi suddenly fell heavy snow, and the whole city was wrapped in silver overnight. I was worried that the thick snow in the car the next morning would be very embarrassed. I didn't expect the details of the hotel to directly break my defense! When I checked out in the morning and was about to pick up the car, I found that the staff was holding the snow sweeping tool and took the initiative to clean up the snow for the residents' vehicles. Seeing me coming, they also warmly greeted: "It's cold and the road is slippery, we clear the snow, you drive safely." At that moment, my heart was really warm. In such cold weather, their hands were frozen red, but they took the small things of each guest as a big thing. This service detail is more real than any luxury facility. In fact, it is not only this thing, during the stay, I can obviously feel that the service team of this store is particularly attentive: the front desk is efficient and polite, and the staff will take the initiative to say hello when entering and leaving, answer all questions, and give suggestions patiently. The hotel environment is also very clean, the room is warm and comfortable, although the window is snow, the house is warm. To be honest, I have lived in so many hotels and the hardware is much better, but what people can remember is often these "careful" moments. Hanting can achieve this service level, really exceeding expectations! Next time you come to the eldest son, you must still live here! I also highly recommend it to my self-driving friends~ They help clear the snow on the snowy day, it is so worry-free!"
