Hotel in zona North Gate Chapel, Zhangzhou

Passato una notte in questo hotel, è davvero una grande esperienza di viaggio.La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, all'entrata della città antica e vicino alla zona commerciale.Il servizio dell'hotel è anche molto attento. Da alloggio alla partenza, ogni connessione fa sentire la gente calda e confortevole. Le strutture nella stanza sono anche complete, letti comodi, TV e rete sono gratuite.La cosa più che mi soddisfa è la colazione dell'hotel, i tipi sono molti e il gusto è buono. In generale, l'hotel mi ha dato un'impressione profonda. Molte volte consiglierò ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia.La prossima volta, scelgo l'hotel.

La posizione è molto conveniente per le strade antiche e ci sono molti ristoranti vicino. L'edificio ha una buona vista sulla città e si trova proprio vicino al crep / lago. La stanza era pulita. Il personale è stato in generale molto amichevole e utile, tranne una ragazza che non ha avuto paura di rispondere alla nostra richiesta di raccomandazioni alimentari. Abbiamo ricevuto una risposta fredda che tutte le informazioni sono incluse nel file PDF che hanno inviato e dobbiamo solo girare a sinistra dopo aver camminato.

這家酒店的設施非常現代化，本來我是兩個人來的定的兩個床後面不來了問前台能不能換一個床的前台還幫我升級了房型，服務沒得説，房間內可以智能語音控制，隨便喊幾句就可以控制房間的燈，空調，窗簾以及電視，真的有做到解放雙手了，床是很舒服的乳膠床墊，軟硬適中，非常舒適，房間還有淡淡的清香，前台和客房服務人員非常友好。房間清潔度非常高，物品擺放整齊，讓人感覺很舒適。酒店地理位置很好，交通方便，周邊有很多景點可逛。房間很寬敞，衞生做的很乾凈，房間樓層高，視野好，床很大很軟，睡着簡直太舒服了，以後還會經常住這樣的酒店

American traveler. Overall great experience. Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities clean and new. Love that there's a shared washer and dryer with free detergent (I did a lot of laundry while here). Free breakfast is great (if you like Chinese breakfast). Wi-Fi worked great (with VPN). Conveniently located for getting everywhere in Zhangzhou. Cons: Minor stuff. No elevator, so if you're on the second floor be prepared to haul your luggage (although they'll try to do it for you). No AC in upstairs common areas. Not much within walking distance in the way of restaurants, but you can get to tons of restaurants within 5 min by taxi or DiDi.

L'hotel era grande, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto bello. La posizione e le strutture erano perfette. Il personale di frontline (Eddie) era davvero utile, ci ha dato un aggiornamento in una camera familiare con letti più grandi, così potevamo avere un soggiorno più confortevole in questa città. Anche l'altro personale era molto carino. Tim高ia ci ha aiutato a prenotare auto quando abbiamo fatto check-out e trasferito a Xiamen, ci ha anche aiutato a prenderci cura dei nostri beni. E la signora Zhou Zhou Zhou è stata molto carina, ci ha aiutato con la nostra prenotazione a hotel a Xiamen. In generale, un soggiorno e ricordi molto piacevoli a Zhangzhou, grazie a questo hotel!

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

I have stayed in few Crowne Plaza hotels before and I noticed there are always mega construction projects beside the hotel. Pray that guest won’t be impacted by the loud construction noise in the morning. This hotel is well furnished but it is getting OLD and the nearest mall or small restaurants eateries are FAR away. . Great front desk staff and toiletries.
