聽廈門的朋友極力推薦而來的旅館
打車過來還在質疑是不是真好，但到了門口，剛好碰到旅館老闆，一口閩南腔特別親切，帶我們到房間，温馨乾淨，路上的疲憊都消散了。
最喜歡的是三樓大廳，大落地窗、古鋼琴和大片綠植，牆上掛着很多以前的遊客在這裏的故事，感覺每個物件都很故事。
房間雖然不是特別新，但休息是舒服的，隔天起床旅館老闆給很好心地分了一份餃子給我。

環境太美了，周邊吃的玩的很多，很方便。
廈門過來很近，大概也就40來分鐘。
民宿在一個園區裏，園區很大，不過停車場離住的地方很近，所以不折騰。
園區裏有一個很大很棒的樂園，住民宿有送門票，這點非常棒，對孩子來説這樣的假期就很完美了。
民宿配置很完善，居家類的東西都有，廚具也齊全。下次考慮來做頓飯。
管家很nice，提供了一些周邊吃喝玩樂的參考，很完美！

L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è davvero fantastico e utile soprattutto il desk front, che è molto accogliente alle nostre richieste, il personale del ristorante è stato molto attento e amichevole, grande cibo, non così costoso e la camera è molto pulita, bello e temperato. C'è anche un parcheggio davanti all'hotel. Questo posto è vista da Zhangzhou e l'altro lato è Xiamen. UUtente ospiteWe stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags.
The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required.
Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100.
The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old.
When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage.
The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy.
The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening.
The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day.
There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu.
The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse.
The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

RRobinMowatIt's not an easy place to reach if, like us, you are a family of 6 with a baby and a lorry load of luggage. We arrived by high speed train at Nanjing (Fujian) and found a taxi to take us to the hotel (one way ¥260, negotiated from ¥300). The journey was around 2 hours on winding and slow roads (on the way back we took the high speed motorway which reduced the journey time to around an hour).
The hotel is in a rural location off the main tourist areas. We arrived later than expected but we were able to get dinner. The food is exceptional. The chicken in particular is delicious.
We booked a family room with a slide. Our children would of happily spent the entire stay in the room playing on the slide. I've stayed in many 5 star branded hotels and yet this guesthouse has so many little extras, gadgets and technology than most. The password keypad door handle is perhaps the most over complicated means of opening a door, but I applaud the dedication to style and design.
The toilet has a Japanese style multifunction thing going on. It took me a long time to figure out how to flush it. The toilet seat lifts when you open the door!
The TV is a large projection on the wall. Not being Chinese I struggled to figure how to get regular TV channels. Everything I found required pay to view.
It was a nice and clear projection however, and if able to understand the programming it would be amazing.
We enjoyed 2 days touring various Tulou's. There are many within a short drive, though behind the hotel there is a small village with Tulou and earth buildings that make for a lovely walk.
Overall, a great guesthouse with trendy vibes and family friendly facilities. Very comfortable stay.

Sarà un po'difficile scendere dalla scena superiore. Quando andremo in autobus, dobbiamo trasportare i bagagli.Era stanco di morire, e il capo appassionato ci ha chiesto di bere tè, mangiare un pasto direttamente a casa del capo, che è molto profumo! Poi ci dica con entusiasmo come giocare, e dissipa il tuo timone.
La sera il capo ci ha aiutato a camminare circa il giorno dopo e ci ha detto come andare meglio.Il figlio del capo è particolarmente entusiasta.E!Dicci che questa scala di terra ha un bagno separato nella sua casa! Ho anche lavato il bagno la notte nel pavimento. È comodo 😌 Il prossimo giorno il capo ci ha aiutato a contattarci la macchina e ci ha mandato fuori. Alla fine, conferma che siamo arrivati prima di scoprire che non abbiamo dato i soldi del cibo il giorno precedente.Non c'è mai stato!😭 Moto. Ci hanno accolto con un tè caldo ogni giorno, che era un bel toccamento, perché è un vecchio edificio non c’era molto luce nella stanza, ma non ci ha disturbati. La posizione era sorprendente, è proprio in un piccolo villaggio dove si trova il famoso cluster di Tulou Tianloukeng. A due minuti a piedi da qui a ciascuna Tulou, il balcone è stato davvero bello sedersi e godere di cena con incredibili viste sulle Tulou e sulle montagne circostanti. È anche a 2 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso della camminata fino alla Piattaforma di Visualizzazione per una grande vista aerea del cluster. Ci siamo stati deliziosi cena qui ogni notte, il bamboo era bellissimo, come erano i piatti di tofu e di piante d'uovo. L'aria è così fresca! Il personale è stato molto amichevole e ci ha aiutato a tornare in città per un basso costo. Abbiamo cacciato un autobus fino al prossimo posto, e abbiamo fatto un passo incredibile attraverso i villaggi e la natura, per tornare attraverso i campi di riso.

UUtente ospiteFantastico hotel per vedere il Tulous a Fujian. Prezioso, ma vale la pena. Molto affascinante con camere fantastiche. Solo camminare lungo il fiume all'hotel è un'esperienza da solo. Il piccolo fiume che correva attraverso l'hotel lo rendeva molto tranquillo. Tutti i pacchetti inclusi (eccetto per pranzo) progettati per le persone per andare a esplorare il Tulos durante il giorno, il cibo è stato delizioso in un grande ristorante guardando il fiume. Il ristorante è semi aperto e l'hotel è stato molto attento con fumo di rifugio insetto sotto le tavole da pranzo e rifugio insetto facilmente disponibile per gli ospiti. A notte l'hotel ci ha portato al fiume (15 minuti a piedi) per vedere i fuochi d'artificio sul ponte, una splendida esperienza, e hanno anche costruito una tenda vicino al ponte con bevande e tagliare i frutti freschi disponibili. L'hotel è l'epitomo di ciò che la Cina moderna dovrebbe essere. Mixe perfettamente i vecchi (vecchi edifici ristrutturati) in nuovi edifici funzionali moderni e deliziosi. Il personale è stato attento, veloce a rispondere. Molto raccomandato.

FFranscios MichaelI have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below.
1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room.
2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me.
3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant.
4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people.
5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.
