Four star, Chinese style, suitable for a short stay for a solo traveller. While everything works, the age of the building and furniture is showing, and the breakfast could be more international.

The room were comfortable and the staff very friendly. We found lots of of vegetarian options at breakfast buffet which was great.
Overall good place to stay for what you pay.

The location of Diamond Hotel is near the busy and lively Zhangzhou Ancient City in evening time.and close to some restaurants just across the street. The hotel staff at the reception were friendly and helpful when we needed the service of taxi upon checking out from the hotel. To our surprise,the breakfasts at the hotel were good with some extra food choices. The bedrooms were comfortable albeit not that modern.
