Hotel in zona Dengdi Food and Oil Wholesale Department, Zhangzhou

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

L'hotel era grande, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto bello. La posizione e le strutture erano perfette. Il personale di frontline (Eddie) era davvero utile, ci ha dato un aggiornamento in una camera familiare con letti più grandi, così potevamo avere un soggiorno più confortevole in questa città. Anche l'altro personale era molto carino. Tim高ia ci ha aiutato a prenotare auto quando abbiamo fatto check-out e trasferito a Xiamen, ci ha anche aiutato a prenderci cura dei nostri beni. E la signora Zhou Zhou Zhou è stata molto carina, ci ha aiutato con la nostra prenotazione a hotel a Xiamen. In generale, un soggiorno e ricordi molto piacevoli a Zhangzhou, grazie a questo hotel!

In realtà, è ancora molto soddisfatto, è fatto molto bene dall'atteggiamento di servizio e dall'igiene della stanza.Le strutture sono un po'vecchie, le pareti hanno iniziato a scaldare.L'ultimo giorno di colazione, ti ha lasciato trovare la ciotola per scaldare la colazione, davvero senza appetito. Infine, è l'aria condizionata della stanza. Quando si apre il vento più piccolo, si fa un po'di aria condizionata e si sveglia la prima notte.I verdure del colazione, come il giardino di giardino, sono particolarmente deliziosi, è il piccolo giardino, che fa la gente saltare in giardino. Uno dei piccoli gioielli di un uomo, probabilmente non è nato molto tempo fa.E'ora di ucciderlo una volta.

公寓式更適合家庭出遊。前台服務意識可以再培訓加強，方能錦上添花。一樓還在裝修有些破壞氣氛。酒店位置依山傍水很好，還可賞月。早餐可以，不多但是品類也夠。第二天停水，一個小時後解決了。酒店周圍餐飲不便，自駕去農家樂可以。附近有一個小超市

正好遇到新開業的酒店，也沾沾新店的喜氣。一進來內部就能看到裝修非常有檔次，而且所有杯子和一次性用品都是定製的，上面都有酒店的logo，可以説是非常用心了。位置超好，下樓就是漳州古城入口，在房間直接能看到城市的夜景，關鍵價格還不貴，真的非常推薦👍

走廊裏有淡淡茶香，房間很乾凈整潔，而且很開闊，窗户打開就是街邊景色，樓下有個庭院，很適合泡茶或者點個外賣和朋友聊天，圍爐煮茶是在房間裏提供水和茶點、茶葉，也算是挺有氛圍感。 唯一不足之處是隔音效果不太好，早上隔壁的孩子在走廊大喊大叫房間裏聽得一清二楚，希望改進下就更好了。

漳州性價比很高的酒店選擇。 酒店整體比較大，還有花園和餐廳，從大門進入氛圍還是不錯的。朝南的房間對出去夜景也好。 選擇的是最基礎的凌波樓，體驗依舊不錯。從前台到各樓層的服務態度都很好，房間內也有貼心準備旅遊推薦和漳州的介紹圖冊。 早餐的自助餐整體不錯，雖然菜品種類沒那麼豐富，但是對得起這個價位。 設施齊全，稍有不佳的是中央空調太冷，調節温度也不明顯，長者家可能不是很舒服。 建議洗漱備品用不同顏色的瓶子裝，既方便客人也避免疏忽。房間裏放了兩瓶沐浴露，沒有洗髮水，算是疏忽。 整體瑕不掩瑜。

L'hotel è davvero buono.Il parcheggio è conveniente e la colazione può anche essere consigliata.E'molto consigliabile.Se necessario, anche piccolo a un taglio di incasso e un tappo di unghie, sia la reception che la sicurezza, eccetera.Se hai la possibilità di tornare a Hunzhou, non c'è dubbio che sceglierebbe Vienna. Anche se vale la pena andare a mezz'ora dalla città di Hangzhou. L'immagine è dimenticata.Ma quello che è scritto è assolutamente vero.
