Hotel in zona Zhangye West Railway Station, Zhangye

Luxury hotel near the Zhangye west train station. All you can expect from a high end hotel is there. Breakfast was excellent, especially the hand pulled noodles. Taxi to binggou park is Y170 and to Zhangye Y100. We asked for non smoking room and it appeared it was indeed nonsmoking. Internet was super slow and with lots of breaks.

The room and bathroom were fine. But breakfast was served too late, starting at 7am. Many day tours required early pick up or we had to take a cab to the meeting place, so if the hotel can start serving breakfast at 6.30am, that would be better. I asked reception if there was coffee served during breakfast, and the lady staff said that they used to serve coffee but it was usually left untouched, so they stopped serving coffee. She said she would arrange for coffee to be served for us at breakfast. What we got was a very diluted brown murky drink 😂 I guess the locals do not know how to make a cup of coffee. Anyway, breakfast is Chinese style. But there was toast and jam!! ❤️ On check in, we were given some snacks samples which were great. And in the evening, a staff came to give us tasty yoghurt! Overall, service at this hotel is good!

One of the nicest hotels I got to stay at in China so far despite it being the cheapest. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, from the front desk clerks to the doorman. Beautifully decorated rooms with complementary snacks brought to the room every night (either fruits or an assortment of biscuits). The hotel is only 1000m from Zhangye West Train Station with tons of restaurants just a few meters away. In early April I was able to find a parking spot in the private parking lot in front of the hotel even late at night. Highly recommended experience.

This hotel is an excellent choice for any traveler, especially those with an early train to catch. Its greatest asset is the incredibly convenient location, being just a short walk from the train station. While the property isn't as new as some other Orange Hotels, it is very well-maintained and in great condition. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and when you combine that with the super kind and helpful staff, it makes for a perfect, stress-free stopover before a morning departure.

We like the hotel. The location is very close to the high-speed train station. Despite not in downtown, it takes only 10 minutes to downtown by taxi with hotel concierge taxi call. The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel manager, Lutong, was super helpful and polite. He efficiently managed to contact the hotel in Dunhaung where we forgot something, to send it to the next hotel in Lanzhou where we will visit again in next 7 days. We really appreciate his services by heart, despite being very busy.

帶孩子青甘環線最滿意的酒店，體驗堪稱完美，必須給個大大的好評！位置簡直是寶藏級別的，周邊配套也超全，葯店，餐廳，超市一應俱全，晚上散步還能逛逛旁邊的小公園，太適合遊客了。房間讓人眼前一亮，推門就是乾乾淨淨的氣息，床品柔軟得像雲朵，躺下就不想起來。衞生間乾濕分離做得很好，洗漱用品是淡淡的清香，熱水秒出，水温穩定，洗個澡渾身都舒坦。最驚喜的是窗邊有個小圈椅，晚上坐在那看看夜景，喝點小酒，簡直是旅途中的小確幸。WiFi全程滿格，刷視頻、開視頻會議都毫無壓力。 服務更是沒話説，從進門開始就感受到了熱情。前台小姐姐笑容特別親切，辦理入住快得超乎想象，還主動給我們升級了房型，送了當地的旅遊手冊，裏面標註的小眾景點超實用。早上出門時，門口的保安大叔還會提醒我們帶傘，説下午可能有雨，這種細節真的太暖了。早餐種類超豐富，中式的粥粉面、西式的麪包咖啡，還有新鮮的水果和現做的煎蛋，味道都很贊，食材看得出來很新鮮，吃着特別放心。這絕對是我住過性價比最高的酒店之一，下次來這座城市，一定還選這裏，也強烈推薦給計劃來玩的朋友們，住這裏準沒錯！

Comfortable room, a good size with blackout curtains. The hotel is an easy walking distance from the train station no matter how much luggage you have. Free laundry facilities. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and assist with bookings and locating various services around town. The only negative is breakfast. Both days I was there one or more of the bread products were stale. Paper cups are provided for cold drinks (which seems needlessly wasteful) the one morning I tried, the orange juice was flavorless and watered down- it tasted like when you refill a juice bottle with water. The shape of the seating area is also unfortunate. There are two corners where people seem to appear out of nowhere and both days I encountered numerous children running and who absolutely should not have been allowed to bring their scooters in to the breakfast area (not the mobility kind) making carrying hot drinks and plates of food dangerous and unpleasant. Definitely recommended, just skip breakfast!

Questo soggiorno è stato fantastico! Il servizio dell'hotel è stato eccezionale, dalla reception al personale addetto alle pulizie. L'ambiente era incredibilmente confortevole, la camera pulita e ordinata e i comfort erano completi. Il personale della reception è stato particolarmente accogliente, ha effettuato il check-in e il check-out rapidamente e ha offerto un'assistenza premurosa. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, con comodi mezzi di trasporto e facile accesso alla zona circostante. È anche vicino al mercato notturno, il che lo rende un'ottima scelta per cenare e fare shopping la sera. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti e ci tornerò sicuramente!
