Lovely and comfortable hotel which is located about 10 minutes walk from the Lanzhou East Railway Station.

It's ok, walking easily on arrival from high speed rail station, however the plumbing in the bathroom a bit problem as water draining out from the under bench water basin joint. Business for that hotel may not be so busy and maintenance and up keeping staffs may not always sufficient. Anyway, its nice stay for 2 nights there.

房間入住非常差勁，今年過年期間來到張掖，第一晚入住本酒店，在酒店辦理入住後發現房間非常冷，且無法洗澡，水很亮，聯繫酒店前台後弄了電暖也不熱，後來工作人員在電梯口告知水管爆裂過年期間無法洗澡，本人訂了原來訂了4間房 後又來了一家三口，通過其他平台預訂 因有小孩 房屋太冷 詢問是否能退，酒店工作人員説可以，我們在攜程平台預訂的4間房，因為當天晚上太晚 家人也都喝了酒 沒辦法換別的酒店，在辦理入住時酒店工作人員明知道當天酒店的問題 也不告知，實在是侵犯到我的權益，後來在張掖市文旅局的投訴下 本來酒店説沒辦法處理，又拿退了的那一間房子混淆，後來又改口房費打八折，我不同意 又説七折，後來又説退一半 實在是讓人無語！！！噁心！！請大家訂酒店時看到評價後，謹慎參考 我不是同行，我衹是做為一個消費者覺得讓人心寒，大過年期間酒店這樣做，你的素質，你的良心呢？搬起石頭砸自己的腳 請張掖市文旅部門嚴加懲處，謝謝！

酒店距離火車站很近，四百多米就能走到。距離市中心也很近，晚上比較安靜。房間挺大的，視野開闊。酒店位置在報團上門接送的範圍內。

房間很好很大很乾凈！非常值得一提的是22號離點後，首飾遺忘在酒店。發現後立刻聯繫前台，前台小哥幫忙處理的也非常及時，最後物品沒有丟失。
真的很推薦在張掖住這家，而且離高鐵站非常近。

這家酒店真的非常棒！從入住到離開，每一個細節都讓人感到温馨和舒適。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全且非常乾淨。服務人員態度友好，總是面帶微笑，讓人感到賓至如歸。前台小李服務好！衣服落在酒店啦，酒店很快幫我解決啦，順豐給我送回家啦，特別好！下次還會選擇這家酒店，也會推薦給朋友們。真心覺得這是一家值得好評的酒店！
