房間比想象的大，超級乾淨。酒店位於市中心，出行，吃飯，購物都超級方便。距離高鐵站，機場，景點較近。非常滿意的一次住宿。

酒店就在中商廣場，是在市中心，交通非常方便，距離天門山索道也挺近的衹要10分鐘就到了，房間還有小度智能語音控制，性價比比較高，還可以免費停車[強][強]

伊始於看張家界酒店時多為老酒店且評價褒貶不一，評分也多為4.8以下，這時候2024年開業評分4.9的酒店也就讓人突然眼前一亮了，結果入住整體體驗卻讓人大跌眼鏡，總共入住兩天，第一天入住的時候，兩雙一次性拖鞋都是臟的，房間和前台都在18樓覺得自己去找前台換雙就行，被子和枕頭都存在不少毛屑和污漬的問題，電視遙控器和智能音箱上全是灰，但當時想的是對於工作日250＋一晚的酒店而言，纖塵不染也不太可能；行程安排的比較緊湊，也就不想換酒店了，於是續住了一晚，第二天早上把問題跟前台反應過後走的，結果下午剛回來就看到兩個枕頭的枕套給換了一個帶血和很重口水痕跡，電視遙控器和智能音箱，被子還是和昨天一樣，馬桶和涼拖還多了第一天沒有的異味，真的很難評！將就着再住一晚，第三天一早趕緊退房離開了。還是覺得，酒店的評分真的耐人尋味！！不推薦入住！
