We stayed Here several times, but each time a few things seemed to deteriorate. The Main Problem was the number of external day guests coming in groups and taking over the spa area. The Sauna was full of locals and they were all Friends and were quite loud. They even complained about the Hotel and guests who have No Idea how Things Work. Strange Attitude. The Hotel also allows Party groups to book group day Tickets which also over-fills the already crowded spa. Not a place for a stag Party really. We were told that the Hotel were re-thinking their day-ticket policy, but when I asked recently, the Person was rather annoyed that someone might inquire. Sorry for asking wether your Hotel is overrun by groups of external visitors making a relaxing stay Impossible. Judging by Feedback, this is a growing Problem. At These prices, I don't want to have to wait ages to get a parking space, to then find the Pool overcrowded and the Sauna full. Not my Idea of a relaxing time. And the Restaurant noisy chair issue has been going on for years too. Surely someone could find a solution.

The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted

Our First stay Here and we can't wait to come Back. Already booked. We Had a normal Double room with breakfast and Dinner included. Room was very Clean and all new. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet was really great, excellent choice and everything prepared by quality Professionals. Wellness area and Pool was also great and also quiet considering how busy it was, size makes IT easy to Not notice. Gym was brilliant, Hotels often have small gyms to Tick a Box, but Not Here, top quality and spacious with everything you need. Staff and Service was best of all, hard to find These days, but we noticed that there were plenty of staff and clearly experienced and Professional people. Only negative would be Massage prices. Wir sind zum 4. - und wohl auch zum letzten Mal hier. Von Jahr zu Jahr hat das Hotel und der Service mehr nachgelassen. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer in der 5. Etage. Komischer Geruch im ganzen Zimmer. Bad unsauber. Und für ein Familienzimmer ist das Bad viel zu eng. Direkt über uns befand sich das Restaurant. Hier wurden bis nach 23 Uhr Stühle geschoben - und früh 6:30 Uhr ging es weiter. Von Ruhe und ausschlafen keine Spur. Für den Preis eine absolute Zumutung ! 2 Tage lang Party bis früh um 4 Uhr kamen noch hinzu. Das scheint aber laut einigen anderen Rezensionen ganz normal zu sein. Die rießige Fensterfront des Hotels, die sich bis hoch ins Restaurant zieht, dreckig. Richtig dreckig. Man sitzt davor, möchte den Seeblick genießen, sieht aber nur Spinnweben und Dreck. Die großes Murmelbahn für die Kinder war verstopft. Die Kinder haben sich einen Tag vorher für 5€ (!!!) eine Murmel im Hotel dafür gekauft- war weg, weil Bahn verstopft. Es hat sich bis zu unserer Abreise niemand darum gekümmert. Welnessbereich viel zu klein. 370 Betten - 30 Liegen. Ein absoluter Witz. Da bringt es auch nichts, wenn man unbesetzte Liegen nach 60 Minuten frei räumt. Das ist absolut nicht die Lösung des Problems ! Die Liegen wurden auch nur teilweise mit Polstern versehen. Wir mussten uns selbst um unsere Liegen kümmern. Weiterer Minuspunnkt- weite Wege. Türen, die als Abkürzung dienen soll und nur mit Hotelkarte zu öffnen gehen, funktionieren nicht und sind defekt. Ein bekanntes Problem laut Hotelpersonal, um das sich aber auch niemand kümmert. Für uns alle hatte der Aufenthalt absolut nichts mit Welness zu tun ! Das i Tüpfelchen war der Check out am Sonntag Morgen. Zwei Hotelangestellte, die nicht gerade die schnellsten waren, eine wahnsinnig lange Warteschlange, sticke Luft und aufgebrachte Abreisende. Wenn man weiß, dass Sonntag 90% der Gäste abreisen, könnte man vllt für 1 oder 2 Stunden eine Fachkraft mehr einsetzten. Am freundlichen Personal gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Dafür lassen wir einen Stern da.. Vllt sollte das Hotel mal seine Preise überdenken. Es gibt gleichpreisige Hotels, die weitaus mehr zu bieten haben.

Es hat alles gepasst. Sehr schöne Anlage. Sehr sehr freundliches Personal

Schöne Lage am See, der jedoch nicht gut zu Fuß umrundet werden kann. In der Nähe ist ein Tiergehege. Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß. Personal ist sehr nett und kompetent. Buffet hat eine vielfältige Auswahl und bietet einen überdurchschnittlichen Anteil an glutenfreiem bzw laktosefreiem Essen. Wellness-Landschaft ist groß, Saunen sind jedoch recht klein und es gibt nur drei Typen. Schwimmbad und Fitness sind eine Klasse für sich. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage.
