If I could give the Omnia MORE than five stars I would! We have stayed in the Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons in the US many times. The small boutique Hotel Omnia rivals them both in customer service, accommodations, AND dining. We ate numerous times in their restaurant and I cannot say enough wonderful things. The chef is creative and yet made even “comfort” foods taste extraordinary. The wine list is expansive and so is the hotel bar. Never have we been greeted so personally into a hotel! Esther, at the front desk, was in constant contact with us prior to our arrival since we opted for a slightly later train. During the length of our stay, every single hotel employee was kindly available and helpful if we needed ANYTHING. The hotel manager’s office door (just visible from the lobby) was open all day and his interaction with guests made you feel like this truly was a home away from home. I could gush longer about the Omnia in a MUCH longer review - NOTHING about our stay disappointed us. I cannot wait to return!!
