Prima hotel, de suite ‘Koninklijk’ welke wij hadden geboekt was lekker ruim en comfortabel met twee slaapkamers. Groot balkon met mooi uitzicht. Eigen overdekte parkeerplaats. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, het diner gaf geen value for money. Personele bezetting bij de bar niet goed en ook de receptie was vaak onbemand. Niet al het personeel kwam ook even vrolijk over. Geen airco op de kamer, wat aangeeft dat de hotels veel op de winter zijn georiënteerd. Gelukkig koelde het in de avond goed af, dus met ramen open slapen ging prima, echter werden we dan wel heel vroeg in de ochtend wakker van de bezorging van waarschijnlijk de horeca benodigdheden. Bushalte voor de deur is erg fijn, met Jokercard op die manier Hinterglemm goed bereikbaar (let op; de auto kan je in Hinterglemm slecht kwijt).

Mangiare super, servizio super! Qui altri hotel possono tagliare un disco! Siamo stati colpiti accidentalmente dopo aver camminato su questa casa! Un impiegato ci ha detto che potevamo parcheggiare, non sarebbe stato un problema, perché non sapeva ancora che saremmo tornati. Alla terrazza siamo stati accolti, come si è visto più tardi da Vivian. Molto gentile e molto sforzato! Dopo questa visita siamo venuti a cena due volte, perché avevamo un appartamento in capo reale. Mangiare fantastico, il figlio di un cuoco generoso, anche la mamma, Christina una buona ospite. Non abbiamo mai mangiato meglio in tutto il tempo e non sono stati serviti in nessun posto così bene. Continua così! Grazie Vivian! 👍🍀☀️

Abbiamo avuto il soggiorno più sorprendente qui. L'hotel e il personale supera le nostre aspettative. Il cibo era delizioso, la camera era fantastica, il letto era super comodo e la posizione non poteva essere più perfetta. Trasporto facile a qualsiasi montagna che volete esplorare. La sauna, la stanza a vapore e il jacuzzi erano perfetti dopo un lungo giorno sulle corse. Il personale organizza le attività carine, la passeggiata del torchlight con Nikki è un must! Se si ottiene la possibilità di guardare un gioco di hockey di ghiaccio vale la pena, ma si arrotola è davvero freddo! Se avete la possibilità, vi consigliamo di mangiare a Yor ribs - il migliore che abbiamo mai provato! Uno dei migliori vacanze che abbia mai avuto, grazie per averlo reso memorabile Cella Central!

Recently got back from my yearly ski trip, having stayed in Zell am See, in numerous locations throughout since the early 2000s. I would like to start this review by acknowledging the staffs excellent work and attentiveness. However I have gained strong opinions elsewhere. Before starting the trip, I had requested a room upgrade, which thankfully I did get. However the Spa bath in said room didn't work at all which was one of the main selling points of the room upgrade, as this is advertised all throughout their rooms on the website. ( I was going to bring this up with a manager/ owner, however I didn't want to disappoint or spoil my ski holiday anymore going off what others have said, which I strongly believe is accurate ) The hotel room was clean, and large which is a positive, however we found the dining experience to be extremely lacking for a 4 star ski holiday, and reminded us more so of an undignified ”British friendly” menu that you'd find in Albania, including items such as fish and chips. Breakfast in the morning was slightly more acceptable, however we also found that if you weren't down within the first 30 minutes then anything worth trying had already gone and wasn't being replenished. We were early for breakfast 80% of the time, however we also found that breakfast opening at 7:30 was also an issue if you're actually a skier and care about being able to get first tracks in the morning, as this is difficult execute without rushing around. 7 am would be much / and has proven to be much more successful in the past. The main issues are around dinner. Having stayed in many hotels in Zell, and returning to them, we have always received an excellent and beautiful variety of Austrian food / European foods / buffets every night. Always satisfied at the end of the meal, and feeling well looked after. Unfortunately this wasn't the case this time. Meals varied from Melon and Ham starter, to Cream cheese tartine with pesto, however 1/2 of the starters didn't even come with the pesto and was just a lump of cream cheese tower on a plate. To the mains including but are not limited to ; a chicken drumstick on a plate of pasta with a white sauce, fish and chips, a ”cheese dumpling” which resembled more of a left over morning breakfast, fried into a patty, a schnitzel the size of your palm with a side of 1 baby potato quartered, fish risotto that resembled a poached frozen fish for the spar shop, to name a few. If you are dessert lover, also look elsewhere as it was also a variety of limp half portion strudel or the same chocolate mousse in different formats. Due to the food we spent many of the nights skipping dinner and searching town instead. In conclusion: if you're looking for a room only or BNB if its your last resort maybe go here, however if you want to feel like you have had a fulfilling holiday book elsewhere. Unfortunately we have never been so disappointed.

We have just returned from a week staying at this lovely residence with my sister and her husband. The couple that manage this property - Norbert and Agnes are truly wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. On our first evening we had booked a restaurant nearby and were a bit apprehensive to drive there in the snow, Norbert offered to drive us and collect us. There is a very welcoming bar area, really homely and charming. Our room (recently refurbished) was exceptional and so comfy with fantastic views of the mountains. There is a swimming pool and sauna to relax in after a days skiing. The skiing in the area is fantastic and extensive (car needed to visit the slopes). The hotel also has a ski and boot storage area (heated). To sum up - a lovely place to stay and a wonderful welcome. The couple that manage here make this the place it is! We didn’t want to leave!

A small B&B close to the Lake. Trains run frequently along the track between the Hotel and the lake. There are about 38 rooms over 4 floors. The Hotel has a small ski room in the basement with boot warming racks and also in the basement is a, free to use, Sauna with shower and a relaxation area with complimentary towels, open 4:30-8:30pm each evening. There is no lift so not ideal for those less mobile. Rooms vary in size and occupancy. Room 32 on the top floor is very small Twin, with slimline beds and limited storage. OK for one person, but would be extremely small for 2. There is a TV in the room and there is a side view of the lake from the windows (no balcony). I slept with the windows open and the the noise from the trains didn’t wake me. The bathroom was spotlessly clean (March 2023) and the shower was quite powerful with shower gel provided. Tissues, loo roll, Liquid soap and towels are also provided (1 bath & 1 Hand/Face. For guests staying Saturday - Saturday, towels are changed once per week on Wednesdays. There is a charge of you require a more frequent change. Rooms are cleaned & beds made, most days. Breakfast, served 07:30-09:30, is a typical selection of meats and cheese slices, soft cheese triangles, eggs (alternating hard boiled & scrambled), tomatoes & cucumber. There is a variety of breads available (with toaster) cereals, milk, juice, yoghurt, Oranges & Apples, Jam and chocolate spread. You can make your own Waffles and there area variety Tea’s and a coffee machine (free, ignore the charge sign at breakfast). Room vacation on day of departure is 10:00am.
