E'un hotel a stile di villa, l'ambiente è buono, il colazione dell'hotel è molto egiziano, e'una buona esperienza

Siamo stati in questo hotel per una vacanza in agosto. Volevamo un posto che fosse il più possibile vicino alle piramidi e le aspettative in questo senso sono state rispettate. La terrazza era mozzafiato, il cibo e le bevande ottime, quindi, abbiamo piacevolmente passato gran parte delle giornate li, ma c’è altro… il motivo principale? La camera non era neanche paragonabile alle aspettative, piccola quasi claustrofobica, una sola finestra affacciata su un muro, senza pavimento, il bagno per fortuna era molto carino. Lamentandoci di ciò ci è stato risposto che queste sono le caratteristiche delle camere Deluxe, prenotando una standard probabilmente ci avrebbero fatto dormire nella stalla.. State attenti alla scelta della camera in quanto le foto non corrispondono! Il personale anche se gentile purtroppo non parlava neanche lontanamente italiano (cosa invece specificata nella descrizione dell’hotel) Altra nota positiva le pulizie e il cambio asciugamani venivano effettuati quotidianamente.

Ho soggiornato all'hotel come viaggiatore singolo in una camera con vista piramidale. La camera era ordinata e il personale ha fornito grande assistenza. Tuttavia, la colazione non ha soddisfatto del tutto le mie preferenze. La location, invece, era a breve distanza dall’ingresso delle piramidi. L'hotel si trova direttamente di fronte al Marriott, Mena.

Not the best Marriott I had ever visited. Booked because of the pyramid view. Room is spacious but a little old, service at the buffet is so-so (restaurant staff started eating buffet food 30 mins before closing - which was weird to looks we were still dining in), room service menu choices are limited (basically the same as in the restaurant with lesser options).

Very Clean, Comfy and well presented, Extremely accommodating, Very Welcoming and friendly service from both Osama’s, Best Breakfast i had during my entire trip..with a great view!! Great location for entrance to the Giza pyramids. 5 min walk A lot cleaner and quieter than the other side of Giza (sphinx entrance) where i started my trip 10days earlier.. I booked last minute for my final night stay in Egypt as I was flying out from Sphinx Int.. I was travelling by coach up from Hurghada which got delayed meaning i wouldn’t arrive until 2am, I also had problems with my phone so could not contact to inform. Getting into Cairo when my signal sorted, I received a msg from the Night porter saying He was looking forward to expecting me and to contact if any problems.. Only issue was finding the entrance but Osama came out to meet me in seconds of msging.. He asked what time i would like breakfast and asked if i would like awake up call at said time. Excellent warm friendly service, I had to get a picture with Osama in the morning before he finished his shift just to remember his fantastic warm welcoming smile Will certainly advise anyone to stay here for a great budget boutique hotel experience

Tornato in Egitto per le vacanze estive, ho scelto questo hotel B&B ad alto punteggio, ogni angolo è pieno di antichi elementi egizi. Aspettative composte complessive, altamente raccomandate. Il lotto si trova presso la biglietteria della Sfinge (ci sono due biglietterie nell'area panoramica delle piramidi di Giza). Accanto c'è un negozio di souvenir, kfc, pizza hut e Abu shakra, un vecchio ristorante egiziano (se non ricordo male). Si consiglia di prenotare una camera con balcone con vista sulla piramide.L'esperienza è fantastica.La stanza non è grande, ma è considerata molto pulita in Egitto. Adatto per due persone, tre persone saranno affollate o prenoterete una tipologia di camera più grande. Non aspettare con ansia la colazione, l'unica cosa che puoi mangiare sono uova fritte, uova sode, latte, yogurt e cornflakes. Non preoccuparti del nostro latte. La reception, il personale di servizio è gentile e disponibile. Si consiglia di scaricare la versione internazionale di Didi, inserire l'inglese da punto panoramico a punto panoramico e pagare in contanti. Per evitare che l'autista non sia in grado di contattarti e annullare l'ordine, puoi comunicare all'autista che stai aspettando nella casella di messaggio di corrispondenza automatica dopo aver effettuato l'ordine.

We traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.
