Best experience we had in this amazing place, accommodation was beautiful rustic and cosy, personal friendly and helpful the food was amazing !!! I will definitely comeback to this amazing place 😍😍😍

Bad experience. Poor service, unprofessional staff, forgeting and missing orders and dishes. The food was owfull, only good dish was the celery soup and 7crai snitzel, but the rest… very very bad. Tripe soup was extremely salty, the spicy chicken was not spicy, dried meat and fat-oil vegetables, the regular snitzel was also too fat, too oily, and the pig ears, without any taste. Never come back, don’t recommend.

We came to Piatra Craiului National Park to recharge our batteries and admire the splendor of the place. Unfortunately, some tourists understand that a trip to the mountains means listening to loud music on the terrace until late at night. I understand that we cannot change the mentality of some compatriots who want to listen music to the maximum volume. However, these things happen with the agreement/acceptance of the guesthouse administrator. I'm sorry I didn't call the police at midnight to stop the music. But the worst thing to me is that the resort manager doesn't make rules or enforce them. Is it complicated to inform the tourists at the time of booking that they have to keep the house rules? There is îs a display at the entrance that you have the right to select your clientele, very well. Do you only want rude party people? If you let them do what they want, you'll always have them. Romanins are a difficult nation to align with rules and procedures, but it falls to you, dear administrator of the 7 Crai Tourist Complex, to educate the customers, by imposing the regulations. Those who do not comply are free to go somewhere else. You should understand that you are not selling only an accommodation space in a superb location, You offer experiences, emotions, which will turn into memories. Beyond the beauty of the place, the bitter feeling I have after visiting the 7 Cai Tourist Complex is a mix of ignorance, carelessness, contempt. I would appreciate it if you would take steps in the future to respect your guests' right to enjoy some quite time, at least during the night.
