Hotel in zona Museo de Ciencias Naturales, Saragozza

Era buono ...ma non fenomenale. La stanza non era nemmeno ventilata con le finestre aperte. Verso un calore soffocante, anche se il tempo era fantastico. Ho chiesto per l'aria condizionata, ma mi hanno detto che non potevo ancora attivare ... Non ho capito nulla. Ma come posizione è buona.

L'hotel è situato in una zona residenziale, vicino all'Università di Zaragoza, a 7 minuti a piedi. Sono venuto per una conferenza; altrimenti avrei soggiornato nel sito storico della città. Il centro è a 20 minuti a piedi, e si trova a piedi tranquilli La stanza non ha una macchina da caffè, c'è una macchina da caffè nel lobby, ma non ha funzionato.Il personale è utile, e io posso comprare il caffè dalla cucina. Il personale non parla inglese, ma si impegnano a comunicare. La stanza era così pulita e il letto era comodo. Le pareti sono sottili si possono sentire altre persone chiudendo le loro porte o camminando nel corridoio. Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno in questo hotel. Se siete vegani/vegetari in questa zona e credo che Zaragoza in generale non sia vegano amico. Il sito storico ha alcune opzioni, ma non vegano.

Questo è l'hotel più piacevole del viaggio. La vecchia città di Saragozza non è grande. L'hotel è vicino alla piazza di San Liu. Il balcone è vicino a una vecchia chiesa. Ci sono un bel mercato a 30 metri di distanza.La posizione è assolutamente assoluta.L'hotel è bello, la camera è grande e le strutture sono nuove. I prezzi dell'artigianato sono molto carini

Necessita di un aggiornamento. Quiet and spacious. Friendly staff. Sempre utile con le direzioni. Colazione di base servita. Molti siti storici intorno. Servizio di autobus e tram intorno. Bello mercato di flea da Delicias stazione principale di treno di domenica. Bus 34 ti porta alla stazione principale e dimissioni non lontano dall'hotel. Ambiente dolce dopo il nuovo anno. Not easy to find! The instructions say that the hotel is just across the road from the railway station but we had to ask a friendly security guard to point us in the right direction. The hotel, clearly for business travellers, is underwhelming and is in need of renovation. It’s a long way from the city and you need to get a bus to get there. We couldn’t get in our room door upon arrival and, after trying to ram it a few times, had to ask the receptionist to help. She showed us the correct way (keycard in, out, quickly!) otherwise we would have been standing in the not-so-nice hallway all night. The room was basic but we hadn’t paid much for it and weren’t expecting luxury. It was nice enough and was clean. Only two power plugs (one of which wasn’t working), insufficient for today’s needs, and none by the bedside for powering up phones etc. The bathroom fan didn’t work. We wanted to use the safe in the room but couldn’t work out how to. There were no instructions. Another trip down to reception where we were told there were two types of safes, one with a numeric pad and others (like ours) that needed a special card. To get the special card, we’d need to leave a deposit of €20 and she’d have to call a colleague to set it up. No thanks! We went out for dinner clasping our wallets close to us. Two positives: the aircon worked well and the breakfast was good. Constantly replenished and, except for the orange juice, of good quality. Upon reflection, we should have gone for a hotel in town instead.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location was incredible - around 5 mins from ‘el tubo’ tonnes of amazing different local tapas restaurants. Room was comfy, clean, had a big door you could look out over the street Would come again :)

La stanza è un po'piccola, e c'è una differenza tra le quattro stelle nazionali, ma conveniente. Nel centro della città, sotto è la piazza di Aragon, il centro commerciale del palazzo britannico, e ci sono molti ristoranti al piano di sotto, per persona 10-20 euro, caffè in generale 2-3 euro. Camminare a Pirall Square 15 minuti, camminare a Roma Square 10 minuti, e tutti i negozi di abbigliamento e cosmetici sulla strada ～

Great location, just minutes from most of the major attractions, Restaurants and the Bus to/from Delicias Station is right outside. Entrance Foyer is very much like a Hotel. Good Gym, but Pool wasn't available as it was too cold, even though their website said it was. We had a large Apartment on the 1st floor. At first glance it looked really nice, but after a few minutes, you realised that it was of very poor quality - Kitchen was old, cheap Crockery (pyrex), pans with broken handles; you had to run the hot tap for over a minute before any hot water came out - a tremendous waste of resource, especially with a drought in the region. It took 2 days for someone to come and open the inroom safe for us. You have to ask for the basic of appliances - Kettle, Toaster, etc. Bathroom extractor fan did not work and there was no visible signs of a smoke detector either. There were works of some sort going on, but we weren't pre-warned of the noise. We complained several times to the Staff, but they didn't seem bothered. Even the Manager laughed at some of our issues. They did buy us some new pans - I can only imagine, that the 'spare' pans they did have for other Apartments were of the same poor quality, so they had to buy us new ones. Overall, a great location and the Apartment had a very comfortable bed - alas, the quality of the Apartment was very poor and nowhere near the expectations of a 4* establishment.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo Hotel dal 21 al 24 Aprile 2023. Siamo rimasti abbastanza soddisfatti. Molto centrale, quindi la maggior parte dei monumenti e negozi di ogni tipo erano vicinissimi. Ma Saragozza è bellissima anche in altri quartieri soprattutto dopo il ponte di Pietra dove vive la vera cultura aragonese. L'Hotel è molto pulito e il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Nessun problema a farsi capire parlano praticamente tutte le lingue principali. Non abbiamo preso la colazione in Hotel quindi non possiamo dire com'era. Qualche problemino in camera: frigorifero non perfettamente funzionante. Non raffreddava le bibite. Sicuramente da migliorare le finestre, la sera entrano i rumori dalla strada dove sono presenti locali aperti fino a tardi. Hanno cercato di risolvere il problema con le doppie finestre e qualcosa fanno ma migliorabile. Per il resto va bene. Consigliato per un soggiorno! Saluti Alan

We had a good stay here, the hotel is huge and the parking was safe and secure. It's very clean and it's in a lovely location. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choices. Bad points however, reception is painfully slow, check in took ages. The pool is lovely and just what you need after a hot day out and about exploring, again the bad points, they have hardly any sun loungers. Lots of people had to use towels on the floor, not ideal and definitely not relaxing. We counted just 30 loungers for such a big hotel. No chairs around the pool, they have a huge deck and hardly any furniture. Such a shame you can't enjoy the pool or deck area.
