Hotel in zona FLORES LAZARO BAETA, Saragozza

We had a wonderful 2 night visit to Zaragoza. We were very lucky to get a room here- our priority was to get a hotel with secure parking , as close as possible to the old town. We booked a space - I think 33e for the 2 nights (apologies- I can’t remember exactly). The room was very comfortable- everything you would need- comfortable bed, air conditioning, fridge- even had Netflix- my guilty pleasure 😂 We had a nice drink on the rooftop terrace- fabulous view. We didn’t use the pool but fyi it’s on the same floor as gym and walk through it to get to pool. The staff were wonderful and always available- even came up to our room to help us figure out the safe! Also the best advice as regards where to eat. Not 5 star but it fitted all our priorities.

On arrival the young lady on reception informed us we had did not have a room with a view. I did offer to paid extra for a view as it was the main reason we had chosen this hotel back in Australia. We never did get a room with that magnificent view. What we got was a tidy clean room at the back of the hotel with no really amenities, like a safe or fridge, a broken tv remote which didn’t matter as there were no English speaking channels. An horrible view of the back of the hotel. Breakfast was not great but reasonable. I never saw many people at breakfast. I think this hotel is a lot smaller than I thought an think that’s the reason why there are few perhaps less than 10 available rooms with a view which explained despite not many guests I could not get an upgrade. If you are thinking of using this hotel don’t believe the web site make sure you have view .

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 notti perché la nostra assicurazione ci ha mandato qui dopo che la nostra auto è andata in rotta in Gran Bretagna. In questa occasione il garage dove la macchina è stata presa era molto disgustoso per la macchina. Il personale della reception mi ha fatto una grande traduzione e ha fatto tutto quello che potevano per aiutare L'hotel era pulito e confortevole, con un bel colazione di base Grazie a tutti

L'hotel è ben situato, il personale è molto gentile, la camera non è male, ma quello che le metto è il prezzo. Mi sembra eccessivo e più quando la colazione non lo include e se lo fanno disorbito, è meglio mangiare colazione nel bar vicino. D'altro canto, penso che tutto fosse abbastanza corretto e si', lo consiglio.

Ritornare in questa bellissima città è sempre emozionante, abbiamo soggiornato in un hotel carino,hotel Hesperia Saragozza Centro,a 5 minuti dal centro,personale super professionale e cortese,pulitissimo e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Qualità/prezzo corretto..lo consigliamo..E consigliamo naturalmente una visita alla Basilica della Virgen de Pilar... Emozione allo stato puro..

Entrando non avrei mai pensato che potesse essere bello e confortevole. La reception non è molto bella ma la stanza si! Piccola ma non esageratamente piccola, spartana ma confortevole. Letto comodo. Parcheggio sotterraneo a soli 7,00 euro al giorno fantastico, sicuro, collegato ai vari piani da un ascensore. Personale davvero gentile e affabile. Posizione non esattamente centrale perché dista dal centro circa 15 min a piedi ma c’è un comodo bus, il 21, che ti porta in centro in pochissimi minuti. Durante il giorno passa di frequente ed io praticamente non l’ho mai atteso. Di notte non saprei. Se dovessi tornare a Saragozza sicuramente soggiornerei in questo hotel.

La manutenzione non è così grande. Il tappo del tubo di bagno si è rotto improvvisamente e l'acqua non poteva smettere di correre. Fortunatamente, sono cambiato in un'altra stanza. Il personale era molto amichevole e il colazione deliziosa, grande varietà di delicatessen. Sarebbe bello se avessero alcuni porti USB per caricare i telefoni cellulari nelle stanze.I viaggiatori provenienti dall'Asia non possono accendere i loro dispositivi così facilmente.

Not easy to find! The instructions say that the hotel is just across the road from the railway station but we had to ask a friendly security guard to point us in the right direction. The hotel, clearly for business travellers, is underwhelming and is in need of renovation. It’s a long way from the city and you need to get a bus to get there. We couldn’t get in our room door upon arrival and, after trying to ram it a few times, had to ask the receptionist to help. She showed us the correct way (keycard in, out, quickly!) otherwise we would have been standing in the not-so-nice hallway all night. The room was basic but we hadn’t paid much for it and weren’t expecting luxury. It was nice enough and was clean. Only two power plugs (one of which wasn’t working), insufficient for today’s needs, and none by the bedside for powering up phones etc. The bathroom fan didn’t work. We wanted to use the safe in the room but couldn’t work out how to. There were no instructions. Another trip down to reception where we were told there were two types of safes, one with a numeric pad and others (like ours) that needed a special card. To get the special card, we’d need to leave a deposit of €20 and she’d have to call a colleague to set it up. No thanks! We went out for dinner clasping our wallets close to us. Two positives: the aircon worked well and the breakfast was good. Constantly replenished and, except for the orange juice, of good quality. Upon reflection, we should have gone for a hotel in town instead.

Prendere un taxi da 1000 yen alla distanza di 1500 yen dalla città. Questa volta uso questo hotel perché è ferrovia, quindi è più vicino alla stazione, ma perché è un taxi urbano e della stazione, quindi penso che anche in un prezioso hotel, la città è buona ❗ E'un bel hotel, e la comunicazione è molto buona. Ma non c'è Cob nella stanza e'un problema.

The staff are wonderful, friendly, well presented and professional. The housekeeping staff do a fabulous job. And the interior designer has successfully vomited standard mid range hotel design all over the place. But that’s it. I arrived when the hotel was clearly nearly empty (visible by all the room keys still in their slots late at night & early hours) yet they only had a room with two singles available so I imagine they have no doubles or a maximum of 4 of them in the whole hotel, or they lied to me?). The room was minimalist and unobtrusive in its decor. There is a room drinks fridge which I imagine be would be perfect for anyone needing to cool drinks, snacks etc. The wardrobe space is plentiful for a long weekend as a couple. Also the desk & chair are an ideal height but sadly no plug socket within reach so neither useful as a work desk nor a hair/make up counter Sadly the mattresses on the two pushed together single beds were horrific, the bed linen cheap and greyish rather than their original white (as were the towels). Flattened fibre pillows were provided and a overused blanket between the two sheets. The shower would not regulate. One moment you are under a great stream or perfect temperature, the next you are being boiled alive or frozen to death despite not touching anything. The sound proofing is near non-existent, I had the pleasure of joining my neighbours for their TV session until 4am along with their love making. the second is forgivable as many are more vocal in a hotel...but the first? Why are TV’s placed on adjoining walls if your soundproofing is that poor? I was surprised to find no room service particularly given the ongoing covid restrictions & early closures of restaurants & supermarkets. Surely this is the definition of a trapped audience, so guaranteed income? I had anticipated Spanish tapas & wine in my room as I settled in, not quite the same as the water I had bought over from France in my car. To be honest I am probably over irritated writing this review. Travelling in covid times is challenging. But those mattresses, lack of soundproofing & no room service means I have not slept or eaten in nearly 48 hours so this is as honest as it gets
