And at the same time, it's cozy and there's hot water nearby. The guests asked if it was possible to come to such a beautiful place in autumn or winter. If you're coming for a few days, then a cafe would be very useful. And in the spring of 2018, a restaurant and hotel complex was opened. A cozy room with an open veranda and a view of the Oka River, several rooms – from a single fisherman's room to a duplex family suite. There is also a living room with a library, billiards, an Irish pub, and a fireplace room. Citizens love country vacations, but they cannot imagine themselves without the comforts and amenities of the twenty-first century. It's nice to walk barefoot on the green grass, but there should be wi-fi and a refrigerator. The next acquisition was capsules — small all-weather romantic houses with panoramic windows and amenities. We were the first in the country to install such capsules, they became very popular, after the first "Moon House" we expanded the line and at the moment there are 10 capsules operating all year round, two more are added in the summer. In the winter of 2022, four domes with panoramic windows, two mirrored houses, and a double house were launched. In the fall of 2022, the tents were dismantled, most likely permanently.
