Bardzo polecam - super spędzony czas, bardzo komfortowe i czyste pokoje, najlepsze śniadanie jakie jadłam w hotelu w Polsce. Przemiła obsługa, bardzo dobra lokalizacja - wszędzie można było dojść pieszo, strefa spa również na plus - dla każdego coś sie znajdzie. Mega polecam! Najlepsza opcja w Zakopanem z jakiej korzystałam

Very clean hotel, decent restaurant with excellent selection of hot and cold breakfast menu. The car park is spacious and very close, walking distance to the nearest hiking hubs/public bus stops.

Brudny pokój, meble zużyte wymagające natychmiastowej wymiary, zapadniety fotel, brodzik w łazience z wytartą emalią jak w dobrym PRL. Zapach w pokoju - zaduch brudnego pokoju, zapach starego odkurzacza, w którym od dawna zapomniano wymienić worek. Stanowczo nie polecam.

Chambre avec balcon. Literie à revoir rapidement. Accès piscine intérieure et jacuzzi qui rend le séjour sympathique. Personnel accueillant et arrangeant.

Vi var der i 4 dager i vinterferien.
Fin beliggenhet, nært gondolen opp til Kasprowy wierch. Ikke så langt å gå inn til sentrum. God og variert frokost.
De i resepsjonen hadde lite peiling på om det er skiutleie i anlegget i Kuźnice, men gjorde så godt de kunne. Dårlig brannsikring. Alle etasjene er åpne gjennom trappehuset. Dørene er verken lydtett eller brannsikre.
