Shellona Rooms & Apartments

Esperienza terribile. La stanza non era oscurata, quindi la luce del sole entrava alle 6 del mattino. Non c'era modo di dormire, quindi eravamo morti di stanchezza a metà giornata. Ci siamo lamentati, ma la direzione è così arrogante che ha pensato che fosse un mio problema e non ha voluto fare nulla al riguardo. Il servizio clienti fa schifo, non rispondono o rispondono solo giorni dopo. Lasciano i clienti in sospeso. Siamo stati contenti di andarcene dopo qualche giorno. Ci sono opzioni molto migliori di questa sistemazione esagerata. Non vale un centesimo.

Everyone here went above and beyond. Mary and her son Dimitris are so welcoming and make sure you have everything you need. Cannot recommend Shellona enough. They have a restaurant next door Sanpiero that is delicious and you’re right on the beach! What else could you ask for.

I booked direct with Shellona after reading many reviews and have to say the photos lived up to expectation. I kept in contact with Shellona by e-mail and was greeted upon arrival by helpful and friendly staff and all the necessary details explained. I went for the deluxe room with sea view, everything was kept spotless and cleaned daily with frequent changes of bed linen and towels. There was a decent fridge, kettle, toaster and the owners had left complimentary wine, water and soft drinks. The bedroom had air conditioning with a remote control, which was used to its full capacity. Also TV with remote which I managed to get Netflix on. The shower was fantastic, no loss of pressure and had a combination of rainfall and normal shower head. There were no cold showers and had hot water all the time. As their photos show there is a hanging rail (may need a few more hangers) with two drawers underneath and storage for shoes/flip flops. Also a useful pull out make-up mirror in the bedroom. There is a small safe in the room which had keys to open and close, the staff make you aware "do not lose the key" as it is very difficult to get into if this gets lost. I booked bed and breakfast and this is served at Sanpiero Restaurant - literally steps from the rooms. Couldn't fault the service or food, breakfast was served from 8.00 until 11.00 with a range of options and had a meal their in the evening as well. Everything was great I couldn't fault the staff, rooms and outside areas were kept spotless (which is hard being right on the beach and everyone walking sand everywhere). Would highly recommend a stay, if you want a place with some luxury and to be near the bars/night life/restaurants but far enough away to get some sleep and have a rest and chill out.

Great place, the service was amazing and everyone is super nice ! Room is new and essential with everything you need Highly recommended! The beach bar San Piero is also super beautiful and great staff

Our stay at Shellona was wonderful and we would definetley stay again. The room was clean and spacious (and air conditioned!) and the breakfast included was wonderful with many options. It is basically on the beach and there is a market right near by. It was very quiet and away from the traditional Laganas busy spaces but close enough to walk. Was also great walking distance to Cameo island and had many resturaunt options nearby. We opted for the resturaunt breakfast was offered in many nights and the staff were all so friendly and we were sad to leave. Meeting Nic was awesome and he was so helpful with any questions we had.

I stayed here last week with my two small children. The rooms and apartments very amazing. Very clean and modern. The aircon was a lifesaver. Breakfast is included and the staff go above and beyond. We will definitely be going back
