Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid if You Want a Stress-Free Holiday Our stay at Splash Studios in Zante was honestly one of the worst holiday experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the standards of cleanliness and customer service were far below acceptable. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, and the bathroom had limescale and grime, showing a complete lack of proper cleaning. To make things worse, the manager, Christina, was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire trip. We were falsely accused of vomiting on the walkway, threatened with the police, and told there was camera footage — only for it to turn out that another group admitted responsibility days later. No apology was given for the false accusation. At the end of the trip, Christina refused to return our €50 deposit over a single missing towel. I even offered to pay for the towel separately, but she used it as an excuse to keep the full amount. Additionally, we were overcharged for the environmental tax, and had to chase her multiple times to correct it. She constantly hassled us in the evenings to turn down lights, despite us not making excessive noise or causing any disturbance. Even the Jet2 rep who visited on our final day agreed that the manager was being completely unreasonable. I would strongly advise against booking Splash Studios. If you're looking for a relaxing, respectful holiday experience — this is not the place.

We arrived on a Saturday and we found out that we where in splash 2 studios witch is a 5 minute walk to the pool area. When we did arrive to the rooms the shower was broken witch made it very hard to shower with out having water all over the bathroom and room. The beds where very uncomfortable but did the job. The worst part of it all we where charged €50 for dirty towels that we had to use to clean up after we used the broken shower Can’t say I’ll be staying here again
