前台服務人員很熱情，早餐也很豐盛很好吃，就是房間隔音差了一些，半夜還會有聽到一些吵雜，就在步行街裏，離景點都很近，比較方便。

Отличный отель, расположен с основными достопримечательностями. На первом этаже есть мини бар с напитками, которые можно получить самостоятельно

房間佈局不錯，房屋設備全智能化，這是亮點。但裝修後有味道，導致我們開窗通風。位置很好，服務一般，前台並不是太熱情。

服務十分熱情周到，喜歡早餐的蜂蜜和蘋果生薑汁，沒想到帶插頭，也不用擔心😊 對喜歡拍照的，周圍很容易出大片哦😄

Se cerchi una struttura centrale ma in zona tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile e con parcheggi vicini, da questo hotel ti puoi muovere con facilità perché la struttura è situata a pochi metri dalla piazza principale, è vicinissima a tutte le attrazioni e alla città vecchia. Se ti vuoi muovere per tutta la città, le fermate delle principali linee dei tram sono a pochi metri dalla struttura. La struttura è stata appena aperta e gli interni sono curati fin nei minimi particolari e con un "tocco" d'arte. Le camere sono arredate con molto gusto, funzionali e sempre molto pulite. Tutto il personale dell'hotel si è dimostrato sempre gentilissimo e molto competente, sempre pronto a soddisfare qualunque richiesta. La colazione è molto varia e il personale di sala gentilissimo e competente è pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi ulteriore desiderio. Dispone anche di una SPA con una piccola ma deliziosa piscina e una palestrina ben attrezzata. Un hotel che consiglio assolutamente sotto tutti i punti di vista.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Zagreb. Centrally located and perfect location. All staff were extremely professional. From reception to the restaurant staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with a superb bed - slept so well. Very nice shower too. The absolute highlight for me was the breakfast. You can order eggs any which way you like. Tried some various unusual options and was not disappointed. Fresh juices / croissants/ etc. Best breakfast I ever had at a hotel. Highly recommend and for sure will stay here again.

Bad experience! Beautiful hotel but not a 5* hotel service. Roof top was open until midnight but … surprise! Once we got there at 23:15, they told us it was closed. Telephone not working in the room, hair dryer not working either, TV wouldn’t shut down until 2AM. Smoking detector in the ceiling had a green flashing light VERY BRIGHT every 8 seconds. It was a hell of a night! Then breakfast came and they only have 2 juices out of the 7 offered. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here.

Been in Zagreb a lot since 2010/ 2011 and tried a lot of Hotels. This one unfortunately under the category bad… Dark, no cosy atmospheree- rooms are ok, but miss the light switch- sometimes things can be too modern…- people in reception not too friendly- breakfast nothing special- they announce a fabulous roof top bar, but when you don’t get access due to private arrangement, you get a little bit pissed off- placed very central in a quiet area and short walk to the main square. Sorry, but this was not for me after trying a couple of stays here. Will move back to Amadria.

This hotel is the epitome of affordable present-day luxury. Very recently opened, the rooms, lobby and resto-bar have a crisp, modern feel to them while still maintaining a sense of old-school warmth. There's plenty of contemporary art to appreciate all through the premises, too. The rooms were very comfortable and had every amenity required. The staff were welcoming, very friendly and helpful, at both the front desk and at the restaurant. Breakfast was a hybrid affair between a buffet and an a la carte menu for the mains - a concept that I thought worked very well in terms of reducing food wastage and working towards sustainability, while still offering the guest a good choice of dishes. In terms of location - one really cannot ask for better, with the hotel being a two-minute walk from the main square, from which you can access many restaurants, shops, and most of the city's top attractions by foot. Trams and buses are also available in plenty from the square and its vicinity. Loved our stay at art'otel Zagreb!

I absolutely love this hotel. It offers a fresh and pristine environment with spacious and cozy rooms. The automated controls for curtains, temperature, and lighting by the bed are convenient. The coffee machine is outstanding, and the espresso cups add a charming touch. The bathroom is beautifully designed and generously sized. The reception team is incredibly friendly, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Prime location but a little pricey for the value. It was over priced in my opinion as it really wasn’t anything special. Aside from the location. Small rooms unless you pay a lot to upgrade. We paid more for an Art studio but it was not as roomy as we thought. Our view was the back alley and where they dumped their cleaning supplies and sheets and towels. We booked via ******* so maybe that’s why. I wouldn’t pay this price for the little value we got. Also noisy and can hear people above us stomping and walking. I wouldn’t go back unless they cut the prices in 1/2 as that is all they are worth.

Amazing hotel , the design comfort and service are amazing The room has all comfort and digital requirements The food and service were great and the staff professional and helpful, The hotel is located in the heart of the city, so finding parking was a bit of a challenge. However, the hotel does offer valet parking services which we used. I highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Not only is the staff overwhelmingly helpful, but they also helped me recover luggage from an Uber after I accidentally left a bag. The location is spot on, so you can walk out the doors and into the action (both day and night time).
