The hotel is located inside the walled old city, so you'll need to park outside. If you're getting dropped off the quickest way (about 5 mins) is through the new gate (Nova vrata) and go straight along Ul. Jurja Barakovica to Narodni Square (Narodni trg). The hotel is around the corner from the Ethnographic Museum by going down Ul. Široka. At the ground floor is the NOMU sushi & wine bar, the entrance to the hotel however is just around the corner, off a laneway (Ul. Majke Margarite). There is no lobby just a small counter at the back of the restaurant. The hotel is small, with three rooms to a floor. The rooms themselves are modern, clean and relatively spacious, with a large ensuite bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, it had good functioning a/c and the windows out over the street were fairly well soundproof, with blackout curtains. The breakfast was served at our table on a three-tier tray, with croissants, meat, breads, jams, and cheese. They also provide coffee, freshly squeezed juice and eggs to the order. We did get a bit confused with the parking arrangements at first however it appears you don't pay for your parking but wait to get a parking infringement. Once you get one infringement you don't get any further infringements and then you just pay the infringement online. This is a great little modern hotel perfectly located in the middle of the old town, which means it is within walking distance of all the shops, attractions and restaurants in Zadar.

We were the 1st guest of the season and this place did not disappoint. The host of this beautiful two bedroom 2 bathroom condo was super nice and very helpful, we did not have to search for anything because she had already showed us where everything would be. She also gave us great suggestions of places where to eat and places to go and explore. I would highly suggest you stay here, you will love your stay. The condo has a high level of fashion and very well made, the condo is a luxury. The best beds in all my trip in Croatia. This place is close to everything, and you will be in the middle of it all.

Io e il mio amico abbiamo trascorso 5 notti in una stanza privata con colazione inclusa nel prezzo dell'alloggio e non posso spiegare quanto ci siamo divertiti ogni mattina seduto fuori e mangiando un buon colazione. La struttura era così bella, moderna e pulita. La posizione è 10 su 10! Il personale era molto amichevole e benvenuto, una sera abbiamo cenato lì e ci hanno appena dato un dolce libero come ringraziamento per la cena qui. Come ospite abbiamo avuto 15% di sconto per pranzo e cena e anche senza il sconto la lista dei prezzi è più che bello a causa della posizione nel centro di Old Town Zadar. Quindi se si cerca un bel, tranquillo, pulito e caldo hotel/hotel benvenuto questo è IL ONE! - Adele e Simona.

Nel cuore della città, il primo piano, che dà sull'arteria pietonale di Zadar. Bello design nonostante comuni e un edificio decrepito. Nessun ricevimento, s è più di un AirBnB... Clim e TV Sat non funzionavano così dire che faceva 25 nella stanza dopo una notte di “Clim” in fondo in strisce sintetiche senza nessuno in loco per ripararli... solo contatti da Whatsapp con l'ospite che ci chiede di assicurarsi che abbiamo chiuso bene la finestra, che abbiamo accennato correttamente la TV o il clima.... Pensateci come un po' di giovenche... Clim funziona solo quando la vostra presenza è attivata con la chiave dell'appartamento, in altre parole, arrivate in un forno... In sintesi, bella, pulita, piccola attenzione, ma l'essenziale non c'è. Ps parcheggio esclusivo vicino 10kn/heure in stagione.

Tutto molto bello! Ho soggiornato in una delle stanze per 2 notti, camera ampia, arredata con gusto e moderna ma soprattutto pulitissima. La posizione ottima, in super centro e sopra la via principale, ma nonostante questo non si percepiva alcun rumore. Bella la doccia separata dal bagno. Check in veloce e preciso, un ragazzo ci aspettava davanti l’appartamento, mentre per il check out basta lasciare le chiavi nella cassetta della posta. Nessuna colazione prevista ma in camera ho trovato delle cialde per caffè e sotto la camera si trova una panetteria buonissima che sforna ottime brioches. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto mi ha messo in contatto con una agenzia per organizzare una gita alle isole Kornati, tutto via telefono. Insomma, super consigliato!
