From the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance, we were greeted by smiling staff ready to take our luggage and opening our car doors.
Our room was already set to a comfortable temperature and smelling of beautiful scent from the essential oils burning as we entered.
There were also a variety of fresh fruit and cookies on the table with a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel.
Without going into more details, this basically set the tone of our entire stay, which is outstanding !!
No need to mention that the food at the restaurants were great, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

6. Reception was a poor show ( greetings weren't impressive ) as though motivation was absent.
7. Security wasn't the best, relatively; though can be improved.
8. This room's carpet and sofa smelled badly. Had to change room by re-booking though it should upgrade it for free.
