Their hospitality was unmatched—they were meticulous in every detail and made us feel more like guests in their home than customers at a hotel. One of the highlights was their generous offer to drive us to Baisha Village as a complimentary service, which added a thoughtful and convenient touch to our trip.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with rooms that are not only well-equipped but also offer stunning views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain—waking up to that view was unforgettable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea and the lovely night-time treat provided; small gestures like these made the experience even more special.
If you’re considering buying Pu’er tea, I highly recommend doing the tea tasting session with the owners. Their knowledge and passion really shine through, and it’s a great way to appreciate the quality before making a purchase.
All in all, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, scenery, and genuine hospitality.

UUtente ospiteIl nostro soggiorno in questo incredibile hotel non era altro che magico. Mani in basso, questa è la migliore ospite che abbiamo mai ricevuto. Una vera 10/10 esperienza da parte di partenza a finitura.
Da quando siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti con attenzione e caldo, e la proprietà stessa è assolutamente stupenda, nebbiata in natura, con montagne coperte di neve visibili proprio dalla nostra stanza. Il tranquillo ambiente, insieme alle attrazioni di alto livello, ha reso la nostra permanenza sia lussuosa che pacifica.
Ma ciò che ha reso questo soggiorno inspiegabile è stato Lily e Star, sono il cuore e l’anima della nostra esperienza! Lily si sentiva come una sorella e un amico perduti, così gentile, gentile e attenta, così dolce. Sia Liky & Star che Liky & Star andavano sopra e oltre, aiutandoci con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Se ci aiutava tardi di notte con un proiettore che non potevamo scoprire, o organizzando un pick-up e un calo in una città antica vicina, niente era mai troppo per loro.
Non sono solo le grandi cose, ci sorpresero costantemente con i gesti pensativi che mostravano quanto loro amavano. La loro gentilezza e le belle anime di tutta la squadra ci lasciavano un'impressione duratura.

Il popolo ha preparato i piccoli messaggi in modo molto intimo e ha inviato un regalo speciale e un regalo di accompagnamento prima di andare. Seiji è troppo comodo per stare. Il letto è la più comoda volta che dormo a Yunnan questa volta. Posso vedere la montagna di neve e il colazione è anche delizioso. CChitrlada HarnWhen my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is located perfectly in the old town of Baisha, but be careful the car cannot enter the old town just like other old town of Lijiang. The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 1:45pm so they requested us to stroll around the town and come back in 40 minutes but it's still not ready when we came back 1.5 hours later. The room was spacious but we were surprised to see the towels (for shower and for face) are both one-off style, meaning the ”thick paper” ones you can find from convenience stores which are not too bad in water-absorbing but it was a surprise for us. What people should be mindful is that, the so-called ”golden sunrise view on the snow mountain” only happens in winter because it's a reflection against snow. The reason for me booking a hotel in Baisha was because I wanted to see that golden sunrise so I was disappointed, which is not the fault of the hotel indeed. Another thing I advised the hotel was, if they provide afternoon, they should remind / ask the customers of this complementary service (which was featured on the trip.com booking) when they check in. I read again the WeChat long ”points to note” message they sent me after I had checked-in, and found it - ok, but still I felt losing something. When I asked them the evening before I checked out, they tried to remedy and gave me another plate of fruits which was fine to us in the end but still, this is still something the hotel staff should have in mind.

LLisa 丽莎Inizialmente abbiamo prenotato la suite familiare, ma abbiamo dovuto cambiare la stanza a causa di un problema con il bagno. Il capo era molto utile e ha rapidamente organizzato una nuova stanza per noi. La nuova stanza era molto più comoda, quindi siamo grati al capo per questo.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, auspichiamo che le camere possano essere più pulite.L'hotel dovrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione all'igiene, soprattutto quella del bagno.
Un altro inconveniente è stato che ci sono molte moschee nella stanza. Fortunatamente, l'hotel ha fornito un moschetto killer racket e mat killer, così siamo riusciti a eliminare la maggior parte delle moschee. Forse i mosquiti trovano un po'di terreno riproduttivo sul bellissimo patio nel bel mezzo della casa.
La posizione dell'hotel è buona. È molto tranquillo, ma abbastanza vicino alla maggior parte delle attrazioni della città di Lijiang.
L'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono. Il capo e la signora pulizia sono molto gentili e attenti. La signora ci ha preparato un bel colazione, quindi grazie. Il capo ci ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi per il giorno in cui siamo partiti presto la mattina. Apprezziamo davvero il servizio di qualità fornito dal personale.
Per quanto riguarda il prezzo per il valore, riteniamo che potrebbe essere un po' troppo costoso, data la condizione delle camere.
In generale, questo hotel è molto bello. I mobili sono tradizionali e bellissimi. Il patio centrale è eccellente e noi amava il design tradizionale cinese. Il personale è gentile e attento.

UUtente ospite聽雪居院兒裏鋪着青石板，邊上種着一叢叢竹子，風一吹沙沙響，特舒服。牆上爬着牽牛花，粉的紫的小喇叭花一串串，早上沾着露水特精神。窗台邊擺着綉球花，粉的藍的花球擠在一起，像團棉花糖，雨水一多開得更飽滿。院角那叢六月雪，小白花星星點點，湊近聞還有股淡淡的清香。角落還擺着倆竹椅子，往那兒一坐，抬頭就是遠處的雪山，白皚皚的，看得真真兒的。牆上爬着點牽牛花，開得艷，配着老房子的木欄桿，瞅着就親切。
我住的那間房，窗户老大了，拉開窗簾，山景就跟在眼前似的。早上迷迷糊糊睜開眼，正好瞅見太陽把山頂照得金燦燦的，那景兒，這輩子都忘不了。
老闆人特實在，剛到就塞給我熱牛奶和小餅乾，下雨還追出來給我傘。走路十來分鐘就到觀景台，附近吃飯的地兒也多。這環境這服務，下次來白沙，肯定還住這兒！

UUtente ospite民宿環境很好，寵物友好，生活用品齊全，都具備一次性用品，就在古鎮裏面，出去逛街很方便，院子裏有好多很可愛的小狗，餐廳做飯特別好吃，還可以帶我們去山上采菌子，就是采了兩個小時一籮筐，就一個能吃的，餐廳的招牌風花雪魚很好吃，沒有魚刺，魚肉也很鮮，民宿的工作人員都很友善，人文氣息很重，下次有機會還來

MMatthew JohnOur stay at Casa Nguluko was excellent in every way with as it combined luxury with authentic local culture. Each detail at the hotel was carefully considered, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere that felt like a true retreat.
What made our experience exceptional was the warm hospitality of the host and owner. She took time to personally guide us on walks around the village and shared her deep knowledge of Naxi culture, making our trip so much more meaningful. The hotel also has a unique connection to her family home, which gave us the rare opportunity to meet family members and connect authentically with village life.
The food here was excellent—breakfast, in particular, was a highlight. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed.
Thanks for the good memories. My aunty and uncle who stayed here as part of their first trip to China are still talking about this place. Highly recommend!
