Yulong Xingcheng Pavilion Homestay (Baisha Old Town)

Overall, a great stay to explore nearby attractions. The interior has a nice mix of Chinese style and modern features. The room and bathroom are spacious and well-equipped—with a heated toilet seat, disposable towels, and air-conditioning. You can relax in the public area with a pot of tea. Breakfast is simple but tasty. I enjoyed their local noodles, bread and fruit tea. Just note that the dining area is a bit small. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Baisha Old Town. On the way you will find a convenience store with fruit and grocery, local eateries, and a restaurant called 绿也 nearby. It seems a bit pricey for the average service, but good for afternoon tea and dessert after exploring the old town. You can also take a short cab ride to 牧羊咖啡, a lovely café with a garden—great for relaxing while watching the snow mountains. Besides u can find interesting cafes, western bakery, Wine store, soaps, ice-cream made from yunnan tea, and artistic decos in the old town.

We spent two nights and had a lovely time. The staff is super kind and takes time for a little chat. The room itself was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Only a short walk from the ancient town. Would absolutely visit again!
