시설이 낡았다고 하는 리뷰가 있는데
저는 좋았습니다 :)
직원분들도 친절하고 온천 온도도 적당하고
청결합니다
다음에는 어머니와 누나네 식구와 함께 다시 재방문 하고 싶네요

剛巧撞正大雪,令這個地方更加浪漫.食物,住宿和服務都係一級棒.不枉第一日落機搭車到旅館住.真是釋放了我們所有疲勞.
房間最喜歡的是有兩個座位對住落地趟門,超級放鬆; 怕凍的人都可以用室內溫泉浸一會兒再到室外溫泉.不懂日文的旅客,房間更設有中文MENU介紹(例如:浴衣穿搭/溫泉如何浸才達到最好的功效).
交通方面: JR車站附近的的士到旅館都很方便,大約15分鐘.回程的時候都可以拜託職員叫的士.

獨立屋有室內及室外溫泉😎可以隨意浸
晚餐及早餐可以慢慢步行小路去主屋享用，味道很好！
服務員態度和藹親切，他們可以幫忙叫計程車去車站😁

시설이 오래됐다 느껴졌지만 대체적으로 깔끔하게 잘 관리되고 있다고 느꼈습니다. 스탭은 영어를 조금 할줄 알지만 의사소통이 원활하다고 느껴지진 않았네요,, 가이세키가 맛있다고해서 비싸도 여기로 예약했는데 회랑 고기 빼고는 입에 맞지 않았어요. 조식은 맛있었습니다. 음.. 로비 지나서 첫번째 방이었는데 노천탕이 생각보다 평범해서 실망했어요. 그냥 경험이라 생각하면 괜찮은데,, 가성비는 별로인것같아요

酒店超讚，是傳統的日式房子， 食物好食，溫泉很讚，退房是要付溫泉稅
酒店沒有免費水提供 建議去便利店買大瓶的水放在房間用
吹風機可以換成新一點的就更好
服務員的態度很好很好
整體來說很推薦去住～ 睡得很舒服 但因為是傳統日式屋子就不要期待說酒店很新

조금 많이 걸어 간 것만 빼고는 전부 좋았습니다.
정원이 확실히 힐링이 되는 분위기였고, 방 너비도 충분하고 아늑했습니다.
노천욕조가 생각보다는 작았지만 두사람 들어가는데는 전혀 문제가 없었습니다.
무엇보다 식사가 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다.
일에서 벗어나 잠시 다녀왔는데, 다른 세상에 온 것 같이 평온한 느낌이 참 좋았습니다.

旅館附近環境寧靜，日式園林設計優美。獨立小屋有花園及露天風呂，鳥語花香，私隱度高。懷石料理色香味俱佳。

房間一般吧，有很多修補的痕跡老旅館到是難免，定了早餐給選的時間衹有8點8點一刻和8點半，雖説早點着實有點早，兩天吃早餐都是迷迷糊糊的。衞生狀況一般就是有點原生態晚上房頂有老鼠跑。服務在日本幾乎是不可原諒的地步，沒有一個人會英語更別提中文了，因為雷劈了所以房間麼有電話，住了兩天，沒給打掃過房間，最後退房的時候司機11點來接（日本慣例11點退房），沒想到要求加收加時費，説是10點退房，理由是因為中國人是10點日本人是11點並沒有提前告知，在日本混跡這麼多年第一次遇到如此無禮對待。不可能再有下一次
