13日晚上十點多入住，前台服務態度比較差，期間正好有對夫婦登記完畢，就問了前台，這附近哪裡有吃的？前台衹是看了下，就沒有言語。等我們拿到房卡上去開門時，我的房是1525，女兒的是1529，9字反着寫，女兒以為1，當然開不了21。老婆想找電話打前台，又沒有電話，我衹好下去問前台。反問我，她寫了1521嗎？説她寫的是9，好吧，帶着不耐煩的語氣！問多句都不答。我衹好上來確認是那間房！確實寫着1529，但9字反寫，女兒沒有認出來。寫沒有什麼好説的！可溝通過程態度真的不敢恭維！ 退房時是另外一個女孩子，態度很好！熱情，面帶微笑！ 兩間房都沒有廁紙！真的服了！花灑🚿漏水！
