Xigu Huiyuan Guesthouse

Beautifully decorated and attention to details, this courtyard home is fantastic. The bedroom is not large but contains everything you need. The bathroom is very nice, and has amenities never expected such as individual mouthwash. The check-in room serves as the breakfast room and is tastefully and immaculately done. The operator, Lily, shared so much history of the houses, village and suggested routes of what to see. The shadow boxes on display are also for sale. Again, her knowledge of the craft is amazing. Oh and her English is incredible. Her helpfulness was always on display - We arrived late and she arranged a driver to meet us at the long distance bus station and drive us to the guesthouse. Lily also arranged her ayis to take us on scooters to the local bus station to catch a bus to another village two days later. I highly recommend staying here and spend some time talking with her.

Very authentic Chinese four sided courtyard guesthouse. We loved the atmosphere that represented the old historic courtyard, the location in the old town and the friendly staff. The place was renovated in an authentic way that feels original and several elements look very old. Definitely would return if we are back in the area. It most likely would be difficult to get here without a car. Once in the old town the guesthouse is super easily reachable.

有幸享受了一把獨享海棠小院，雖然一棵花長得明顯茂盛，但聽説去年則是剛好相反，像極了人生的此起彼伏。這間小院不僅提供了一個遠離喧囂的處所，更是蔚州文化的延伸，從當地的剪紙工藝，到特色美食，足不出户便可挨個淺嘗。並且小院的位置絕佳，出門便是西古堡的最佳遊覽景點。最後，感謝博學熱情的主理人，讓我學到了很多東西，也給我的週末getaway提供了很多便利。

各方面都很好，店主人精心設計改造的老宅子帶來舒適的入住體驗。免費停車在暖泉古鎮南甕城外的村委會停車場，一進甕城走幾步就到民宿。冬天空調地暖加電暖氣，屋裡很暖和。早餐一客一份，其中有幾樣蔚縣特色美食。店主人結合美食給客人介紹蔚縣歷史文化，談得很深入，如數家珍。女主人是北京人，幾年前來蔚縣愛上這裏，留下開 民宿傳播蔚縣文化。店家文創店出售的精品剪紙太好了，不乏名家作品，每件都很喜歡。每件作品女主人都會給你講解精彩亮點和文化寓意，大開眼界，在店裡流連許久。蔚縣真是寶藏古城，古蹟眾多，週末兩天都看不完，留待下次。

這家民宿滿是藏不住的文化底藴與人文情懷，一磚一瓦都透着巧思，小到床頭的燈、書桌的讀物、牆上的字畫、浴室的用品，大到院落的佈局、房間的陳設，每一處細節都熨帖入心，是真正有温度的文化棲居地。老闆姐姐隨口聊起的本地掌故，分享的文化講述，更是一場與時光和人文的温柔邂逅。

一家很有文化氣息的民宿，院子很安靜，有地暖很舒服，家人都很喜歡，老闆是很有情懷的，收集了很多蔚縣剪紙，買了一個，很喜歡，下次還會選擇昔古！

設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境優雅，服務優質。 總體來説，地理位置極佳，表演節目不錯。小鎮值得轉轉，可以看看，非遺很好

老闆很有品味，房間有格調，住宿也是安排的很妥帖，在張家口古鎮難得的有藝術感，夏天應該更值得來住一住走一走

超出預期，民宿老闆娘是一位北京姑娘。説是因為一次邂逅從而與蔚縣留下了不解之緣，因此在這裏開了這家民宿。老闆娘很健談，還會跟你聊一些蔚縣的文化等等。在民宿的茶室邊上有個小展很不錯，而且民宿對住宿客人的私隱保護的很好。進入住宿區必須要刷卡，以此來確保住宿客人不被外界來她家參觀的遊客打擾
