I am staying here right now, staff is unattentive and unbothered They served us cold eggs, potato wedges and cold porridge even after literally begging them for hot food for last 2 days…they don’t have even one English speaking staff Please don’t come here…we are totally regretting it it’s the worst place and they have no hospitality to treat the guests

Very nice place with comfortable houses, good food, beautiful nature, friendly staff. Highly recommend to visit this place, have a picnic or just walk in the mountains. My son likes to go horse riding and to be playing on a swing.

The place offers a great spot with a fantastic idea to have activities gathered on one location in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan, on a low altitude, we did horse riding, shooting, playing in the prairies. However service needs considerable improvement and the staff needs more training.

Мы посетили вам отель прошлым летом. Все очень красиво оформлено, особенно камин. Но были удивлены экоцидом (мусорной свалкой с трупами животных) и плохим сервисом. Официанта пришлось просить 3 раза протереть со стола, ему было просто лень: он попросил нас пересесть. Слишком много мух - одной рукой ешь, другой отмахиваешься. Зачем накрывать заранее завтрак, зная что у вас много мух? Когда мы спросили где можно погулять, отправил нас к свалке со словами: там красивый вид. Вообще удивительно, как вы относитесь к своим же соотечественникам: лишь бы урвать. Особенно конюхи: они посмеивались над нами, что мы не умеем ездить на лошадях. Задавали слишком личные вопросы, грубили, обзывали жадными… Видели, что лошади пошли пастись, а не катать нас, и сидели посмеивались, потом забыли принести сдачу, как обещали. Отвыкайте от любви к халяве, иначе это вас погубит. Учитесь любить и уважать природу и людей, которые вам дают свои заработанные деньги, не будто неблагодарными и токсичными потребителями. Мы хотели привезти к вам на след год 40 туристов, но лучше повезем их в другое место. Цены у вас пятизвездочные, а сервис - однозвездочный.

Kara Bulak’ı görmeden Kırgız Hamam ve Sauna’sına girmeden bu ülkeden dönmeyin. Şok havuzunu sakın ihmal etmeyin. Doğal ve temiz mekanlar. Konaklama için ideal bir yer ve huzurlu bir ortam. Yemekler çok temiz ve lezzetli. İşletme son derece güvenilir.
