The manager” Connie Hudson has a horrible attitude, no customer service and she treats minorities like they are less than and so does the old guy that told me “if i didn’t like it than to leave” after asking for new towels and for the tool to be cleaned. The workers Are miserable and treat ppl like the Cockroaches, the same ones they have inside of their hotel rooms. When I first got the room they tried to upcharge me. And after 3 weeks they wanted to change the rates again. They would come in and clean the room everyday and leave new towels. That changed after the 3rd week. Now they only bring towels twice a week and they don’t clean the room at all. This is a hotel. I pay to sleep here and come back to a clean room after working 14 hrs shifts. The phone in the room doesn’t even work for the entire 2 months that I’ve been here and neither does the internet. I ask for help they said they can’t do anything. I will be contacting BBB and gateway inn headquarters. And filling a formal complaint with your board
