Luxury City View Apartment is another superb addition to the highly regarded properties offered by multi-award winning York Luxury Holidays for unrivalled holiday accommodation in York. This stunning holiday property is at 5th floor level in a top-class, brand new development. It offers a warm and welcoming entrance reception lobby to the building, lift access and with the apartment suite itself having incredible wide ranging views across the city sky-line from all main rooms. Overlooking Clifford’s Medieval Tower and York Minster, it is centrally located within York’s Medieval City Walls and just a couple of minutes’ walk to the hub of the city centre. Luxury City View Apartment offers a beautiful interior, giving guests the highest of standards of accommodation with a warm welcome. There are two gorgeous bedrooms each with its own en-suite Villeroy & Boch shower room, and on-site secured parking for one car together with electric charging facility (charging use at guests' cost). The property is located in a prime city location with so much of what York offers within just a few yards walk. A simply wonderful central location. Guests can stay for three nights or more and can arrive any available day. (Please note restrictions apply over the Christmas period.) This truly amazing two bedroom and two bathroom apartment suite is accessed through the building’s secure entrance into a large ‘hotel style’ reception lobby, and with lift access to the 5th floor. Luxury City View Apartment is wonderfully designed and is beautifully furnished throughout, offering fantastically comfortable accommodation in two gorgeous bedrooms (one king and one double), for up to four guests. Through the apartment’s entrance hall the property opens up into a large and chic open plan living-dining room, with a fully equipped kitchen. There are floor to ceiling windows around both sides of the room offering incredible views across the city sky-line where guests can see York’s ever-changing history through its buildings over the centuries. There is a super comfortable master bedroom suite with king sized bed, seating area and a designer high end en-suite shower-room with bath and shower over. The second bedroom also offers a superbly comfortable double bed and has the added benefit of its own en-suite designer shower-room too. And there is an additional cloakroom/W.C. in the hallway. Complimentary gated parking for one car is available on-site in a private bay.
