L'hotel sembra un B&B. Il bagno è piccolo e la qualità degli articoli da toeletta è un po' scadente. La disposizione della camera è molto accogliente, la vista fuori dalla finestra è bellissima e i materassi nel Regno Unito sono molto morbidi.

La stanza è molto bella, il prezzo è ancora molto interessante, ma l'odore nel corridoio è piuttosto sgradevole, spero che possa essere eliminato

L'hotel era in una posizione incantevole. Con un servizio efficiente. Le camere potrebbero beneficiare di un piccolo miglioramento della moquette e le travi erano polverose. La camera che avevamo aveva un bagno in comune che andava bene da usare, tuttavia era una passeggiata lungo alcune scale che sono ricoperte di moquette non molto igieniche. L'allarme antincendio è scattato alle 6 del mattino e ci sono voluti 7 minuti al proprietario per arrivare a rispondere e controllare. Dopo questo siamo stati in grado di tornare nelle camere per riposare. L'hotel è a 35 minuti a piedi dal centro di York, incantevole quando è una bella giornata.

Awful! We stayed here after going to an event near by, even for the night was bad enough. Loud neighbours banging around early hours of the morning. Manager wasn't very helpful. Don't like the fact that there's no one in the building to help you. I don't recommend this place at all!!

Lovely big room, bathroom clean, lady who booked us in very friendly and helpful, being here has made our short break very reasonable in cost etc, short bus ride away from York City centre all in all brilliant when I return to York would def try to get a room here again

At arrival we managed to get the key before the actual check in time. I called the number and the housekeeper very kindly gave me the key card and showed me how to open doors for later on. We were so lucky to have a family room even if it was just the two of us. We stayed in room 3 at ground floor. There was plenty of space and lots of tea and coffee and a small fridge as well. The bathroom is awesome, brand new with a huge shower and very clean. Only thing is the radiators in the room do not work so there is a heater. The room was quite warm but maybe it would be better to have a different heating system for winter. We like staying in Fulford because it's much quieter than the city centre. The bus stop is very close and busses run every 15 minutes. Perfect for us!

Booked Room 6. Big room but very cold, radiators not on, additional plug in heater was useless. No towels provided and no radiator in bathroom. Old and tired, felt damp and cold. Paid £84.50....rip off.
