The Metro North train ride is approximately $6-7 and the train stop is 15 minute walk from the house. My listing is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of my three story home. There are 2 sets of stairs about 12 steps with stairslift in case you can't easily climb them. The 1st stairs lead to the dining area, the kitchen, living room, and a door leading to the balcony. The 2nd stairs lead to the 3 bedrooms, the full bathroom, and a double mirrored closet. There is 1 parking space on the premises and a few street parking spaces a few walks away from the house a great benefit.Inside the house you’ll find all the necessary items for a nice and comfortable stay.In the kitchen, there is a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, air fryer, blender, rice cooker, stove, pots, crockpot, and baking pans.
