Club Med Beidahu

The room is big! I recently had the privilege of snowboarding with Franco as my instructor, and I cannot express enough how enjoyable my experience was. From the moment I met him, Franco was friendly and made me feel at ease. His positive energy instantly put me in the right mindset for an incredible afternoon on the slopes. What truly sets Franco apart is his exceptional instructing style. He had an uncanny ability to identify the areas I needed to improve on, and instead of overwhelming me with a long list of corrections, he focused on one major thing at a time. This approach allowed me to concentrate on mastering each skill before moving on to the next challenge. It was remarkably effective and incredibly insightful.  I progressed an enormous amount over the afternoon.   Franco's patience and clear communication skills were also remarkable. He explained concepts in a way that was easy to understand, breaking them down into clear and manageable steps. Even when I struggled with certain techniques, Franco remained patient and encouraging, repeatedly demonstrating the skill for me to copy, and always providing constructive feedback to help me improve. It was an absolute pleasure learning from Franco, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking an unforgettable snowboarding experience.

Best family ski resort. We had the most wonderful experience in the Club Med Beidahu The staff is truly amazing and caring about the guest well being all the time. The ski pass is included for the whole stay and the Club med even have ski and snowboard instructor to teach the guest in English and Chinese at no additional cost. The mini club took care of our kids and also had ski lessons for them. Everything is available to relax or party at the end of the day with the restaurants, bars and the shows performed by the staff. Very highly recommended for a beautiful family winter holiday!

I am really glad we booked Beidahu ClubMed for this ski trip vacation. It’s an unforgettable experience with such a great hospitality from The Chief of village Houcem, Aaron my fellow Singaporean chief, G.O Coco, Amy, Betty from Italy, Betty from China, Betty from Taiwan, Maulana from Indonesia, ski coach Tony, Vanessa, and many many more G.O and staff at ClubMed. I also had my birthday celebration with Aaron and his team. The resort is situated in such a convenient location with ski in ski out. ClubMed guests enjoyed the exclusive ski gear rental and locker areas. The three meals with great variety choices were excellent and free flow of wines alcohol and drinks, ice cream, dessert, fruits etc.. I would highly recommend ClubMed Beidahu as the top choice ski resort in China, and in fact could be even better than some ski resorts in Japan like Niseko, Naeba, or even Whistlers if you are not going for bigger mountains with many black trail or off-piste trail. We will definitely come back to Beidahu ClubMed again.

地中海酒店，真的是太棒了！！！ 包含早中晚三餐，在旁邊滑累了就過來吃飯，快樂。 房間挺大的，有足夠的地方，我可以安置好我的雪板。 非常感謝David和Elva兩位的幫助，特別要感謝David老師，幫我解決了寄送雪具的大問題。 太棒啦，酒店真的是太棒了，來滑雪，就住這裏，沒錯了！ 強烈推薦。

Club Med 地中海俱樂立部北大湖度假村，名聲在外，經親戚介紹，於3月4號晚入住，前台工作人員Elva，幫忙辦理入住，非常熱情友好，介紹酒店的各種服務，有種賓至如歸的感覺。同時入住過程遇到的問題，她都能及時處理，反饋。這麼好的員工值得表揚，我們有機會還會再次入住。
