房間寬敞，乾淨，我們是從蘭州站到酒店的，提前一天打電話問酒店怎麼到店，工作人員説到時候打電話有接的車，結果晚上7點多到了，問工作人員説來不了蘭州站，叫我們買火車票坐到中川機場，再來接，結果去買票沒有了，這下就衹能坐公交，酒店距蘭州站70多公里，太遠了，公交坐不到，中途還得打的，走高速，整個花了134元，晚上11點才到，暈！看了酒店有接送機、接送站服務才定的，那個接站不知是什麼服務。第二天去乘飛機，酒店有送機的車，距機場近，十分左右就到了。
